Great place and hosts!!! Bronnie and Neal were very welcoming and friendly even the dog!!! Cannot fault the set up and will be pleased to return soon. I even picked my next suite!!! I only had my favourite Raisin Toast for breakfast but was impressed to see it there!!! The food looked fresh plenty of it!!! Loved having the big suite and the kitchen and 2 lounges were amazing and just for the guests!! The hosts have not been there long but are naturals at hospitality.I am recommending them to all my friends. The property to close Healesville and surrounding tourist spots.I was sorry I didn't have time to use the pool and spa which looked very inviting1 There was even a sauna!

Lots of nice breakfast food to choose from. The only downside was that if you wanted a cooked breakfast, you had to do it yourself. The plus side to that was that the weren’t set times for breakfast, you could have it when you wanted.

Nothing. Brownie and Neil were fabulous hosts, setting was lovely, room spacious and bed very comfy.

The house was secluded and you felt like there was no one around. Breakfast facilities were great as you could make your own whenever you like. Rooms are huge and tastefully decorated

Das Guesthouse ist liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer (Rose) hatte einen Erker mit Blick in den wunderschönen Garten und auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden beim nächsten Stopp auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Peaceful area with lots of bird life. Very Large room with a beautiful bay window and scenic outlook. Comfy king size bed. A lovely verandah to sit and relax on.

Continental breakfast was sufficient. We had the opportunity to cook bacon and eggs. We used the dining table to prepare our food, perhaps a preparation bench would assist guests with meal preps. We had a shelf in the fridge to store our food. Water pressure in the shower was good and the beds were comfortable.

The veranda could use regular sweeping up of bird seed and the BBQ could use a clean.

The hosts were lovely and welcoming and we really felt at home but in luxury and comfort. So many thoughtful touches to the guesthouse and it was set in such beautiful scenery. Loved the breakfast too!!

Much gratitude for the kind breakfast ! The Accomodation was extremely clean comfortable & the Spa bath was incredibly relaxing & healing. Archie the cute pooch is adorable. The breathtaking views & king parrots made it a complete package.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosebank Guesthouse. Bronnie, Neil and their dog Archie are fantastic hosts and you feel right at home on arrival. The house is so lovely, nestled away in a quiet area which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved sitting in the sun room and enjoyed a glass of bubbles on the front porch at sunset. The surrounding area is so green, with fantastic views and the gardens are beautiful. The breakfast setup is also very clever and equally generous. Definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to be back!

The location was fantastic, it is a quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and warm. The shared loungeroom was a relaxing space to sit and talk or read.

the electric blankets were amazing, given that we were in winter. Shower and bath/spa were exceptional, and the hosts were very friendly, with lots of good recommendations about what to see, do and eat in Healesville. also the location was brilliant we saw lots of beautiful birds on the porch.

While we had no issues with there being a dog, it would have also been nice to be aware of it ahead of time, as other visitors may be allergic or have bad experiences with them

I wanted to leave Melbourne to see the countryside and do something different than I would do in the city. It was very relaxing to stay at a guesthouse. I had a beautiful room with a view a mountain across the way. The bathroom had a spa tub, which I enjoyed. Bronnie, the host, was warm and hospitable with just the right might of attention. She was helpful with advice about what to do in the Healesville area. I went on a short hike to see a waterfall, tasted wine at a lovely winery, and enjoyed a wildlife sanctuary. I also got good sleep while recovering from jet lag. The house was tastefully decorated in early 20th C style.

Bronnie and Neil were welcoming and had good recommendations on places to visit. Room was comfortable and we had access to Netflix. Liked that we had access to dining room any time of day/ evening for coffee and tea. Breakfast provisions were good. We were happy to cook our own as it meant we could choose the quantity (less waste).

Unfortunately it was winter and wet so the parking area and driveway was muddy so had to remove shoes before entering the house. But it was a little thing and didn't really cause us much stress.
