The spa bath was great Staff were friendly Great cocktails

The room I was in looked like it hadn’t been dusted and vacuumed The bed head had alot of dust around the rim where the pillows laid next to and I suffer from allergies and couldn’t sleep . Tried sleeping on the opposite end but then saw lots of weird stains along the doona( don’t dare imagine..) There was a dead bee on the carpet to the side of the bed It was disappointing and I feel it let the hotel down Staff were nice

Everything was fine, but my wife discovered tht she had left behinda small bag with make-up materials as well as a pair of ear-rings. I phoned the property the following day and explained that this item had been left behind in the bathroom. They promised to check but they never got back to me. The wife tried to contact the hotel several times to follow up but to no avail.

The room had no windows - like in a storage room. This was not highlighted when booked. The electricity and lights went off in our room Sunday morning - only room to do so with no fix

Absolutely terrible place 1st instance :Woke up Saturday morning just before 8am, walking down stairs to main lobby to hear manager scream to security guard "f#cking D!ckhead that was on last night" 2nd instance : hotel staff berating a trainee about entering guest room and them arguing about it in hall Bed was extremely uncomfortable and old Chair in room were so old that you couldn't sit on, which is unfortunate as for average male sitting on bed was too high to put sock and shoes on. Stayed in room 6, the bathroom floor is obviously sinking away from floor grate, so hand held shower overspray pools away from drain around sink. Room was too cold even with heater to enjoy the spa bath. Overall not worth the $650 for 2x night stay. Hotel building needs structural floor work, can't walk in room an night without floors bouncing and waking up No privacy from bed to bathroom toilet ( literally ), so either be prepared to share real intimate moments or in winter like we did, leave the room and sit on corridor or go down to car ar midnight for some pooping privacy Rooms are dated and conflicting styling that makes ni sense. And full floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass mirror that faces the bed ?? Only positive is that you are staying on the main street, so central to everything.

The location is fantastic. Very close to shops and restaurants etc. The room was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Slightly on the expensive side for a room only rate.
