After discussing the fact we assumed we had paid for a certain apartment type (which we knew from a previous visit), as the photo's in the booking showed only the apartment we wanted; however in reality we were given a poorer apartment (also further from the sea, restaurant etc.), the Reception in the end upgraded us without further charge, to the apartments we had expected we'd booked and paid for.

Not only did we have a poorer apartment given to us on arrival, but the apartment was absolutely stinking (Mould), it was unacceptable..., we had to sleep there for 1 night before we could be moved to the other apartment.

Rooms were clean.

Location, to far from the beach. Property was different to one advertised on photos. Surrounding was not not very clean. At night it was very dark. Supermarket was below average.

Good location

I recommend this apartment. Good location if you want to explore Istria. You can also bring your dog with you because they accept pets (13€ for night). In addition wi-fi works really fast and you car park your car in front of apartment (1€ for night). The whole complex is very big, so you don't feel that there are a lot of people (we went in the beginning of September and everything was booked).

its one of the crowdy and noisy hotels with aparts, a lot of children , no any privacy at all, if you like beachfront and quiet vacation dont go there , like hotel factory , too expensive on this price level you can easy find better places

good location and parking for free

Very good location close to sea and the pool located together. A lot of green and forest in the park. Childrenfriendly and lots of activities for them.

At some points needs some renovation. The appartment was ok and clean when we arrived but very basic. Is rented for 4 persons but for 4 adults is too small. The area at the sea needs some renovation is clean but should need some extra eat and drink facilities. Also the pool and concrete beach needs some renovation.

- the staff was really kind and helpful - the apartment was simple, clean and in good condition - by the arrival we had to wait at the reception in a long queue but they apologize about that - the whole area is closed, safety and the beach is near. There are many people, but the area is huge, so there was nothing crowded. Perfect for family with children or if you want just relax.

there is a small "train-taxi" with that you can go to Umag city. This small trip takes about 30 min. Nice program but nobody takes care about COVID situation. It is not neccessary to wear mask, and the personal put the people everywhere in the train, if a small place somewhere is empty. It was really not a good idea and not safe. (of yource you dont need to use this service).

Very nice area. Many different approaches to the sea - concrete, rocky beaches, or the possibility of lying under the trees. Sea quite shallow - good for children. Very nice swimming pool, a little bit overcrowded, but still OK. Train station very close - cca 35 minutes to get to the center of umag. Two shops nearby. Food at the restaurant tasty and variable even for children. Dinner from 7 p.m. could be for somebody quite late. Great for families with children.

Very poor organisation and communication. Check-in took more then 1 hour. Maybe an extending of a capacity at the reception would be helpful. Rooms were not very clean, but could be acceptable. Also the equipment would deserve a renovation. Fortunately we had a halfboard but the kitchen equipment would not be enough to cook every day. Despite the fact we ordered and paid the halfboard we were not on the list at the restaurant. So we have been asked to prove this at the reception. At the departure we have been asked to pay the halfboard for the 2nd time - again necessary to prove it by looking for the invoice. In fact you are asked to solve their problems - point organisation. So be careful, have everything doublechecked and confirmed on the paper.

The area is nice.

As most visitors write - rooms are not perfectly maintained. Some renovations are necessary. Electric kettle did not function. We asked for two close rooms, seems this was prepared, but something happened and we received rooms in different blocks. Can happen, but with excuse.

The location was perfect! The sea view from our balcony was amazing. The pool was great and the terrasse along the sea were really nice. Water was accessible by wheel chair which was nice. The pool bar/resto was great and the service was nice. Too bad that it wasn't opened for dinner. The shows every evening were super!

The apartment was kind of clean. Few bars/restos were closed on the site and in the neibourghood. It looks like the area was hit by a storm as few trees were down and nobody was working on those building. On site, the market/ massages/bars were closed. The buffet resto was ok; it looks more like a cafeteria.
