It had everything we needed for a short stay. THe room was clean, spacious and bright with views of the sea. Furnishings were modern and new. We even had a fridge which was great. The outside of the property may surprise you but don’t judge a book by its covers as all the rooms are excellent .

says kitchenette, there is no kitchenette. a kettle and a few plates is what it is. paper thin walls. got given out to one evening because we were talking. we played a bit of music at 5pm and the hostess allowed herself into our room. we were in and out of the shower and a simple knock would of been appreciated. it was a breach of our privacy. unless your going to be in bed for 10pm and do absolutely nothing then this place is perfect. also rooms don’t get cleaned, we were here a week. asked for our room to be cleaned only to say if we wanted fresh sheets etc then we would have to pay. we were here a week and would of appreciated fresh sheets we would of at least done it ourselves.

Room clean and tidy. Nina was a great host. Kept in touch though the entire booking.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and 6-7 minutes walk from the old town. Clean and silent room.

The room was a bit tiny for a one-week stay but we got what we paid for. It would be good to put two plates in the room.

The apartment was clean and nice. Nina is very likeable, helpful and friendly. The apartment is closed to the old city of Zadar and also to the Kolovare Beach.

Free parking on a good location. The room was clean and looked brand new.

The shower didn't have very warm water, but that might have been a temporary problem.

The location is great, close to Kolovare beach and within walking distance to the city center. Private parking space in the backyard was provided. Internet was fast and stable.

Our room had no balcony and the only window was facing a hospital. The building, including the entrance, needs renovation, while rooms are recently renovated.

Everything! The location is the best - close enough to the sea, it was even possible to have a quick dip before going to old town for breakfast. A nicer beach is just few minutes away and so is the old town. The room was cozy and clean with nice shower. And Nina the host was very helpful and nice

Nina was great host, supportive and gave us very good recommendations where to eat in the city. Apartment very clean, cozy, nicely renovated includes all the facilities for a short vacation with family. Location cannot be better, few minutes walk to Kolovare beach.

We have spent one night in this apartment, Nina is a great host. Close to the old city of Zadar,5 minutes walk. Best choice if you would like to stay near Zadar old town. The spacious parking place is a great bonus. The apartment is clean and has all equipment you can wish for. Highly recommended !!!
