In the room we found ants and insects close to the bed and overall could be more clean. AlsoThe food in the restaurant was not great and expensive. I also didn’t like that they asked us to pay before our arrival outside booking in their own platform and also they called 2 times to make the payment otherwise our reservation via booking was not guaranteed. These things need to be fixed for us to comeback.

The hotel was amazing. It was clean, absolutely beautiful, and it felt secluded while also being right in the Citaduella. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Location of hotel is excellent and staff very welcoming. Breakfast outside was a blissful and leisurely start to the day. The room was not large but this was specified in the details. However it was very well appointed and designed with all that was required. Fab wet room walk in shower, all beautifully clean. Would definitely book another visit in the future.

-the property is very stylish and the staff very friendly. the concierge was very helpful and recommended great places on the island to visit. -the breakfast was very good. -the decor is beautiful and unique. -we really enjoyed the use of the thermal spa (we recommend pre booking a slot if you are not staying for long) -on arrival, you can drop luggage and the hotel recommended free parking nearby

The room was nice enough (if a little small) and the bed was very comfortable. The communal areas were very well done. Two members of staff, Marta and Americo were very helpful. It was all very clean. The spa was good.

The service (with the exception of Marta and Americo) was really not good. The staff didn't seem to know what to do or where to be, particularly with regard to the bar area and the restaurant. They had obviously received no or very little training, and while polite, they just weren't able to work professionally. After watching (and waiting for the wrong drink to materialise!) I realised that there were no managers or supervisors to be seen anywhere: no F&B manager, no general manager, etc. A good hotel manager is always around, but this one (if he/she existed) was obviously very shy. I actually felt sorry for the staff, which is not what you expect in a hotel that considers itself to be top quality. The food in the restaurant was REALLY bad, and I resented paying for it. Steer clear - there are many better places to eat in Ciutadella.
