Le salon ouvert et salle à manger cuisine ouverte sur un balcon salle à manger expansive. La plage, le marché, le vin et les restaurants sont à quelques pas seulement. Les équipements abondent avec trois télévisions à écran plat, une cheminée à gaz, une cuisine aménagée haut de gamme et une cuisine complète en prime avec barbecue sur le toit-terrasse. Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. The gates were tricky as only some opened for vehicle or pedestrian access. The ones that were previously locked were left ajar after we called the property manager.
Some minor issues with the shower head not working, some lights not working and the rooftop deck patio furniture being full of cobwebs.
The place was nice and updated throughout. No pantry items (salt and pepper only).

Check in was fine. Friendly. Pictures showed a working washer and dryer. Imperative when you don't have daily maid service for towels. I get her and a sign says, "wash machine not working." They absolutely knew at check in this was the case. They could've spike to me and said, "we have a problem..." With face to face interaction, the best way to come to a compromise. Instead I drive from Beach Bum to Avila, about 15 minutes to see the dryer. No calls this week. I called the answering service to see if towels could be sent, and no calls. No vacuums or dust pans in the home so sand (beach house) built up throughout the home. Very appalling customer service.

The property management company is in Pismo. But conveniently located by the great Cinnamon roll place in downtown Pismo. So pick up aome cinnamon rolls for breakfast and your keys at the same time when checking in. The property management company was very efficient and helpful. They called the following day to make sure we didn’t have any problems.
The home was perfect for our family. We wanted to be close to the beach. The kitchen came in handy for breakfast and snack time for the kiddos. Beautiful kitchen setup with minimal supplies. If you have kids in tow, bring some kid friendly cups, bowls and utensils.
The garage for for our SUV was just the right size. We did have to unload the roof rack stuff first before pulling all the way in, so be careful.
The bathrooms had heated floors. It was a great surprise.
Can’t wait to come back!

This place was just what I was looking for. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance to everything in Avila. The garage was extremely small. We barely fit our pick up in it after taking off the hitch and backing it in. We walked everywhere so we didn’t take the truck out again until we left. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the view was beautiful from the roof top patio. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Great location to enjoy Avila. Location of rooms provides privacy with one upstairs and one down. Two separate areas to BBQ. Check in was at Pismo, which added time to our arrival and departure. About 25 mins on both ends. Would be nice to have a lock box at the home instead of having to drive to the rental agencies office. Very fun experience in a clean and well kept property.

You can't beat the location of this property. It was very nice inside, beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans helped keep the place cool, exceeded our expectations.

Our family of six had a wonderful time in Avila Beach! The rental was clean, spacious, and comfy. The two outdoor decks were in constant use when we weren’t on the beach. Location couldn’t have been better~just steps
