Ce condo nouvellement décoré et meublé au dernier étage a une vue sur le Johns Pass Village / Boardwalk et la voie navigable intercoastal pour profiter du lever du soleil du matin sur votre balcon privé. L'unité a été récemment mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires et du granit riche dans la cuisine et les deux salles de bains. Nouvelle tuile dans le salon et les salles de bains. La salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne exquise. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a 3 télévisions à écran plat et sont équipées de câblosélecteurs pour surfer facilement ainsi que d'un accès Internet gratuit. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur le balcon pour profiter au maximum de la vie de plage. La propriété comprend une piscine chauffée et des barbecues à gaz pour les clients. Une courte promenade sous le pont est un grand atout pour l'unité. Marchez directement de votre unité jusqu'à la plage et ne traversez jamais une rue pour vous y rendre. Si vous avez besoin d'un parking supplémentaire pour les personnes supplémentaires que vous avez, vous pouvez payer à la ville 20 $. frais pour la semaine ou le temps que vous y êtes si moins d'une semaine. Si vous venez en taxi, vous n'avez jamais vraiment besoin d'une voiture. Il y a un chariot qui s'arrête juste au pas du parking de l'unité, qui parcourt toute la plage de Madère. The location is great. Being right across from John's Pass it is a busy area. You can hear the traffic, but I was aware of this ahead of time and knew the area would be noisier than other places we have stayed. The beds in one of the rooms were not comfortable and squeaked anytime we would move, so those could be updated. Our teenage son slept in the "master" bedroom and said his bed was fine. Overall we had a nice stay.

Overall a great stay. Unit is near the road so some noisy cars/motorcycles going over the bridge at night, but not an issue for us. Beach access was great. Washer dryer not in unit but pay w/d in the building. Kitchen was equipped pretty well. John’s Pass restaurants/shops easily accessible. Included parking space a plus.

We did not have a good experience with this rental.
There were ants ALL OVER the kitchen.
The TV's did not work in the living room and bedroom; only the TV in the one bedroom worked.
The location (facing the bridge and public parking entrance was terrible- the traffic included young kids with loud trucks and very loud music pulling in and out of the public parking lot from 7 pm until 1 or 2 am.
Again, I would not rent this condo again.

Property was nice and clean. It had everything you need.
Downside the elevator was very hot and slow. Worst part was the parking. If you have more than one vehicle prepare to pay a lot of money to park the second one and be ready to walk to retrieve it. The listing said you can get a pass from the city of Madeira Beach but they no longer offer week long passes. It’s $3.00 an hour 24 hours a day, plus the lot next to the property is not an overnight lot. So you end up with a very expensive ticket if you leave it there after midnight

We were there on 4th of July weekend with our 2 grandchildren. Apartment was comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Good place for a family beach weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was some discrepancy with the checkout time however. Listing and the property owner indicated 9am which seemed very odd, but the onsite staff said 10am.
Overall the condo is clean and well equipped and we had a great stay. Parking could be better but one parking spot is pretty typical at the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great view of the bridge and bay with boats going in and out of the harbor. If you have more than one car in the parking can be difficult. Plan on an additional cost for parking a second or third car. Nice condo with comfortable beds and nice amenities. Great area. Highly recommend the Hubbard Marina sunset cruise.

the condo was not cleaned upon arrival and cleaning crew did not arrive until almost 6 pm...hence we could not empty suit cases or go down to the outside hence felt we lost alot of the day ..the location of condo is nice

This place was awesome- I had several teenagers in our group, so being across from village was a super convenient location. Condo itself was clean and just what we needed. Owner was easy to work with!

The unit was spacious and comfortable. Location can't be beat. Walking distance to John's Pass Village, tour boats, restaurants, dolphins, pelicans, etc. A nice pool area and a long sandy beach adjacent. As others noted, don't really need to use a car very much. Watching the adjacent lift bridge go up and down as boats sailed through was a highlight for many.

The property location was perfect and exactly how it was listed. Sleeping accommodations were very good and enough room for our family of 9. We felt safe in this location! Beach access was steps away. We had 2 things that we noted upon checking in that were not clean. The kitchen sink had black residue around the perimeter, and the 1st bathroom shower curtain had mildew on it. These items were not a big deal to us, but we wouldn't expect that from such a lovely place otherwise. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was wonderful! Right on the beach, everything within walking distance so we didn’t need a car. We just Uber to and from airport. The condo had beach toys and chairs and 2 box fans for the win!

It was the FIRST time that all 9 of friends were able to get away from life for a few days. The condo was so close to everything we didn't need a rental car. The unit was very clean and roomy for all of us ... AND we all had a bed (even if we all bunked up).
We had amazing live music every night between Crabby's, Caddy's, and the Tiki Bar. The beaches are as soft as powdered sugar and we had dolphins every morning, afternoon, and sunset (which was the most I've seen on a visit to this area!).
Our group of ladies have already said this will be a destination we try to book again!

Condo was clean and spacious with a great view of John's Pass and the lift bridge. Short walk to the beach or Boardwalk. Unit was well kept and well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Judy

We spent our family vacation here this fit everyone's needs. Pool, ocean, shopping, food and an awesome bridge all within walking distance. Would definitely come back.

Location was great, not sure you can beat it. Pool and beach right outside property. St John pass across the street. Larger place with enough beds to sleep several of our family. Make sure you refer back to your app for elevator codes and check out procedures, there are none in the condo. Overall, things worked out well for us here. Recommendations from the host for a close by brunch place were excellent.

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed here and love, loved, loved the location. We walked to everything, food, drinks and shopping. The beach is awesome and the sunset is amazing. We will definitely stay here, again.

Great location right across from John's pass the beach behind us bridge to the left shops to the right couldn't have picked a better location for my group of teenagers to be entertained the entire visit.

Judy was great to work with. The location is wonderful. The kitchen had all of the things you would need. The water pressure was kind of lacking but I am not sure that’s something fixable or not. I wouldn’t let anything deter me from coming back! We would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable place that feels like a home. Beach is like 100 steps away. Fantastic views from the balcony. Saw a few parrots actually fly by!

There’s a few things that was wrong the other was filthy dirty oven and the blinds in one of the rooms to the patio was rip apart the shower curtain is nasty

I found the place filthy all around, the floor looked like they have never seen a mop the bottom of my children feet were back we had to clean the floors, the shower curtain full of soap scum, the sleep sofa had food in the mattress very disappointed with the cleaning the refrigerator should be replaced. The pots and pans need replacing. As well.

We had a great time at this perfect location condo. It was right at the beach and it is surrounded by so many different restaurants options all at walking distance. Judy was an awesome host and she was always available for my so many questions at the beginning and during my stay.

Location is wonderful. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach is only a few steps away and beautiful. The condo was equipped with everything you would need. I had a couple questions and I expected to have to call and leave a message then wait for a response, but Judy answered each time I called and politely answered my questions. I rarely leave reviews but this was an experience I thought I would share. I would 100% recommend Judy for anyone wanting to vacation in or around Madeira Beach/Treasure Island area. We would definitely LOVE to stay here again.

The place was pretty much what I had expected. VRBO had given an accurate description online. We took an Uber to grocery shop otherwise walked all around the area easily.

The only negative would be the internet. We logged in as directed but the speed was very poor. Could not even watch a movie on a kindle.
Overall well worth the money. We had a great time.
