House was clean, spacious & plenty of room for the 6 of us and my 2 toddlers. Kitchen was stocked as well as bathrooms. The view from the back deck was our favorite spot, so peaceful and beautiful! We even enjoyed the pool one of the days we weren't out on the lake.

Our stay was amazing it ended up raining most of our stay an no one complained staying in as there was more than enough things to keep everyone entertained. We needed to call the office for a few little things an they were ontop of everything

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic View. The house is beautiful and the view amazing! Very clean and more then enough room for everyone that came with us to have our own space. My questions were also answered promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house's pictures & wording were exactly as depicted on the website. The 4 couches in the living room are so perfect for our group of 8 women. We were all able to be in the room together with enough space to lounge without having to feel crowded. The view from the living room windows was well worth staying indoors on a cold winter day. We all want to return in the summer time to be able to explore more of the area.

Our extended family got together at this unit for a weekend to celebrate Christmas. The unit was clean with beautiful views and decorated for Christmas. Loved the shuffleboard, hot tub, pool table and ping ball table. Lots of space and very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to stock the unit with enough bath towels for the amount of people allowed to stay at the unit (1 per person). Otherwise it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves!! You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely property. A nice view of the Cumberland River. Home was way off the main road which made for a scenic ride, but was 30 minutes to the nearest grocery. Just plan ahead for food/drink needs. The area was very peaceful and the house was a great size to entertain 2 families for three nights.

This house was perfect for our extended family getaway. The home was very clean, lots of room and beds, fun things to do for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub, and large bar in the basement. The management company was great. They run a little local store as well, very cute with many of the necessities. I got a phone call as we were driving in giving me all of the specifics on how to get in. It was very easy. Plus, the view is incredible! We would book this property again in a minute.

Perfect space for lots of kiddos! Clean and family friendly. Tons of beds pillows and blankets. Amineties were top notch and we had absolutly everything we needed! Will visit again for sure.

The living room/kitchen area will take your breath away when you walk through the front doors. The photos don't capture how huge the space really is. We had 6 adult women and it could have easily accomodated several more. The view down to the water was serene beyond words. The community is gated and check-in was simple. The Resort Agents were incredible at recommending local places for us to experience. We wouldn't change a thing.

This house was awesome. The main floor is beyond belief. It was perfect for little ones to have lots of room to play. This house worked out for our immediate family to get together for a long weekend and to relax and laugh together.

This house was exactly as advertised and is beautiful. The house is not brand new and does have a touch of wear but it was perfect for us. Only negative is very poor cell reception but they had WiFi that worked very well. I’d rent this place again in a minute!!

We had an amazing stay. Our family got together with our kids to enjoy some R&R. We did get to enjoy all the snow we received. So spacious and clean totally enjoyed everything.

There were a few issues that we encountered but nothing major. Beautiful view and nice to have so much to do at the house since we didn’t get out much. My biggest complaint would be the tv in the main living area. We couldn’t watch for more than 5 minutes without losing connection. Pretty annoying when your cooped up.

This property completely blew us away. Stunningly clean. I told Dianna that I have never stayed at a rental that was so thoroughly detailed. We are talking no-cobwebs-on-the-screened-in-porch clean.
The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, including a Keurig. Everything worked properly and made for such an enjoyable time.
It was great working with the property management team. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had 2 families with 4 kids and a baby and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved playing pool and hanging out on the lower level. However, there are 4 full sized couches in the main living area, so we could all gather there comfortably too. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Seven college friends, dating back 25+ years, gathered at Majestic View for a relaxing getaway this weekend. The pictures don't do this property justice. The view from the floor to ceiling windows as you walk in is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room to congregate yet separate for some space. We are already planning our return trip next year.

The pictures do not begin to reflect the beauty of this residence. It was impeccably clean and had everything necessary for a enjoyable comfortable stay. The pool table, darts, hot tub, and table shuffle board kept us entertained when we weren't enjoying the awesome view and just being together. Wonderful place for Poppy and Grammy, kids and grandkids to spend time together in a beautiful setting. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had a great stay in Burnside at this wonderful rental. The views are gorgeous and there was ample room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The downstairs bedrooms each have a bunk bed. Check in was easy and the little shop on your way in is worth checking out. We would rent here again.

You cannot beat the view or the staff! Pleasure working with them and will definitely book again in the future. We loved the big open space upon entering and it provided room for the littles to roam when the weather didn't cooperate for outdoor play. We had such a great time and only wish we could have stayed longer. Accommodated two families with 7 children between us nicely, with room to spare.

The drive is a typical mountain drive. By the time we arrived to our place it was breathtaking. The view was amazing. Spend the mornings on the couple of balconies with a cup of coffee.The place was very clean and we took advantage of the many games that were supplied.

Our first family vacation since Covid. The Majestic View was lovely. It provided gathering spaces, private spaces and everything we needed. Would return again to this lovely area.

Since there were no pics of bathrooms, I would like to report that the bathrooms were quite nice and clean. 2 had large showers and the third was a standard tub/shower. The grill was less than perfect, but I ws not surprised as these rentals usually have crappy grills. All of the heat was in the front 1/4 of the grill. The only other small ding is that there was barely enough TP and paper towels. I am sure that if called one could get more, and I know that these items seem to disappear from rentals ( the black market for single ply) but with a busy crowd we were glad to have brought extra.
