Beautiful House! Gorgeous location! Easy parking...house had all amenities needed. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and very efficient. Very organized and clean....it was a spectacular visit! Thank you!

Excellent views, very clean, wonderful amenities, very spacious, and beautiful deck overlooking water. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook all our meals and many extras too! Dave was very prompt in providing all information - great host! We look forward to being able to rent this house again in the future.

A great week enjoying gorgeous views of the Branford River from the house, deck and water. Great beds for sleeping. Well furnished kitchen. Really nice neighborhood for walking and biking. We are all missing those views of boats, birds and tides already.

Beautiful location and home. Living, dining and kitchen spaces all connect and open to water views. Adjacent outdoor seating extends living areas to the outside. Good amenities including kayaks.

We were a group of grandparents, parents, 4 boys aged 7-12 and 2 cousins aged 8 and 14, and we all had a great time! The house is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. All linens and towels were top quality, and the house was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful sunsets while enjoying the outdoor fire and s'mores. Coffee in the mornings watching all the boats heading out from the nearby marina. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, with a nice warm up in the hot tub as the water was still quite chilly (as expected) at the end of May! Highly recommend, excellent and easy communication with owner. Overall fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful Easter at this beautiful home! The views were beautiful especially with all the windows in the home. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book again. Wish it was summer where we could really enjoy the lake and outdoor activities. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful home, very relaxing, amazing views!

This house was everything with the views. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. The windows in main living area/kitchen really made coming back home for the week, a pleasure. The deck also served as the perfect spot for morning coffee or having a glass of wine in early evening. Plenty of room for my family of 5, while there for my niece’s wedding and little R&R.

The property is special. The best sunsets I have ever seen. A perfect size for a small family gathering of 8. We always felt together even if some were fishing, swimming or paddle boarding. The hot tub is perfectly located. The house had everything you would need. Plenty of parking. Bedroom’s upstairs were adequate. The bathrooms, kitchen and master bedroom were incredible. Views better then listing. A great vibe.

In town for our daughters wedding at the Owenego ...Beautiful home right on the water. The views were awesome from the wall to wall windows. Beds were super comfortable...the master suite bed was maybe one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. Bathrooms are deluxe with wonderful showers. Owner very quick to reply to a few questions we had.. Super easy check in and out process. Very nice home!!

We absolutely loved this house! It’s actually even more spectacular in person. The house was a huge highlight of a great trip to Connecticut. David was responsive and helpful. Five star rental!

Perfect spot to land after busy wedding week activities.

Inside and out this is a phenomenal rental. The views of the water from the main living space are impossibly beautiful. And the house itself is gorgeous and well laid out for groups. My family spent many happy hours splashing around on the included kayaks and SUPs. Best rental on the CT shore hands down.

This house was amazing. It was very clean and the views are spectacular. It was great to have access to the paddle boats and kayaks. The towels for the beach and house were high quality. The owner was very responsive, and the neighborhood was a great place to take walks with our dog.

Beautiful home, amazing views - and when sitting on the deck I was in heaven. This location is perfect. I loved sitting on the deck, watching & listening to nature & the passing boats. The water was calm and perfect for kayaking & paddle boarding - which gave me something to do while the rest of my crew slept in every morning (on very comfy beds). This was a bit above my budget, but I splurged ... and have to say it was worth every penny!

For our family, including a very pregnant member, this was ideal, as there was a very nice deck right outside of the kitchen, with a large picnic table, couch, chairs, fire pit and spectacular view of the Long Island Sound. I loved watching the wildlife and the boats passing by all day. We would have hung out at the picnic table more if there had been an umbrella. I love cooking, so the Viking gas 6 burner range was very important for me. All the rooms were comfortable for our children and their spouses. We hope to return! And thank you to the owner!

We had a blessed time visiting family in Branford. The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome additions to a great property. The views were breathtaking, beds comfy and the location was great!

What a BEAUTIFUL house and an even more beautiful view!!! The neighborhood is quite and charming . Great restaurants within a 5 minute drive . The host thought of everything a guest might want from soft towels and linens to toiletries and kitchen essentials. The cookware etc was top of the line, we felt we were in a home not a rental house. We would definitely rent again !!

The house is pretty much as advertised and as noted by other reviews. It is situated in a great location, and the floor plan (especially the first floor) is perfect for social gathering. The outdoor space is a great bonus. The only thing to be aware of is that property is not usable by individuals who have mobility issues. as there are steep stairs leading from the parking area to the house. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

Our group was here for a Yale graduation and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. This gorgeous home is situated 20-25 minutes from New Haven, making it convenient for the back and forth trips, while providing a relaxing space to unwind both indoors and out. The accommodations were first class with magnificent sweeping views of the water. It was relaxing to sit out on the deck, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, and explore the area by kayak. David was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family. Such a great place to come back to after a busy day out. Walking in the neighborhood was a treat The view from the kitchen was amazing.. no one minded helping with dishes. A great chef’s kitchen to cook in We had a fabulous time!! Beautifully appointed exquisite location directly on the water offering both peaceful views and plenty of activity if chosen. We had a family gathering with kids and grandkids where we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Down the road from good casual eating “Lenny’s” for one and the town of Branford we spent the weekend “in heaven”. Can’t say enough about this gorgeous house and the very helpful host.

Over the top! We travel a bit and visit our daughter and son-in-law twice a year. We all agreed that this property was at the top of our list. The house was amazingly comfortable with all the latest amenities. You really could not ask for anything more. It is really like two houses. The kids, well they are in their mid 30's, took the upstairs and and we took the downstairs suite. We had some great conversations, laughed a lot and grilled many great dinners. The home is like being in a National Geographic movie. The views and wildlife were amazing. So many birds, Egrets, Heron, Osprey, and this morning we saw a lone Eagle (we have a lot of these in Oregon, but were surprised to see one here.) Have to say, location was so peaceful. A hard place to leave. Lastly, Dave was a great communicator. We always received timely responses to our questions and he kept on top of things. Great host! Thank you Dave for a memorable holiday!

Gorgeous waterfront cottage has all the high end amenities and is really beautiful. Dock was put away earlier than listed, which was a disappointment for launching paddle boards and swimming. In the three days we were there, we received messages from owner via front door surveillance and usage of hot tub right after we used it. The feeling we got was a sense that we were being surveilled when we were there simply to enjoy with our family for four nights.
