Il y a une table à manger formelle pour six ainsi que des sièges supplémentaires au bar. Le balcon privé est accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale. La chambre principale face à l'océan offre une vue sur l'océan, un lit king-size et une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain récemment rénovée dispose de deux lavabos et d'une grande douche à l'italienne. La première chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et partage une salle de bain avec la quatrième chambre, qui a un lit queen. Pros: Great location to town and right on the beach, good size rental with 4 bedrooms, quick response from building management on a plumbing issue we had
Cons: unit was not clean in general (dirty floors, mold in the shower, dirty dishes, etc), stains on bed sheets and bathroom towels, pictures make the place look so much better than it is, place is starting to get really run down
I'm sure it was really beautiful when first remodeled but is in serious need of some updating and upkeep

The Condo was perfect for us. View of ocean and access was amazing. We loved everything about it. Would definately rent again.

The condo was amazing. The location looking at the ocean view every day made our vacation so much special. The location of the condo to restaurants, bars and stores was all within walking distance. The beach was 5 star.

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of seating and space for 10 people. The location could not be better! It is right on the beach and easily walkable to all the downtown stores and restaurants. The beach front is beautiful and pool access is very convenient. The condo appeared clean when we arrived, however, after walking around for just a few minutes, our feet were very dirty from the floors. Communication with the host was sporadic. Questions regarding the beach renovations were never answered and we were left to seek answers from other sources. Morgan at Dunes property management was very helpful when we arrived in storing our luggage and getting other minor issues resolved. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again!

This was our first time staying in Folly Beach. This was a good condo. The 4 bedrooms was great. The view was awesome. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy the beach! The Folly Beach town was just 1 block down from the condo and they had their 50th anniversary celebration when we were there and we went and everything was so fun and everyone enjoyed it. There are tons of restaurants and shops. I think our favorite seafood restaurant was just a little drive away called Bowen’s Seafood and a great place to see the sunset. We enjoyed our time.

Great location, enough beds. Only issue was the fridge wouldn’t stay cold. They gave us dry ice but really only lasted a day. They should get a new fridge since it seems to have issues as it’s written in different spots to give it 24 hrs and they gave dry ice with no issues.

Our stay was perfect. It was our first visit to Folly beach. We loved the atmosphere of the town. Our condo was clean and in the perfect location. We were walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

This interferes with sleep for 2 of the bedrooms. The other noise issue is that the gate to access the ocean and pool are directly below the balcony. This creates substantial noise when you are relaxing o man the balcony.

The location was amazing....views were amazing and the condo was amazing!!! We had a package delivered prior to arriving and the cleaning crew put it in the cabinet we were impressed with the level of honesty after assuming the package was stolen for almost a day because we couldn't find it. The only issue we had was that the elevator in the building was out of order and the unit is far from the other elevator. So being on the third floor made it a little difficult for one of our guests that just had knee surgery. But we would visit again and we enjoyed our stay!
