My family loved this place. The decorations are perfect for Myrtle Beach and the area. The house has everything you need for a stay, especially the kitchen. The golf cart is a big bonus. They outdoor pool is close by and is great for kids and adults. Byron was an amazing host/manager and answered questions quickly. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog for our stay and had more family members come over for the day and dinner. We easily cooked and fed 13 people for a birthday celebration. Every family member loved the personality of the house and the outdoor area was the most popular. We will definitely rent this house again and are looking at others that Byron manages.

Overall stay was ok. House is outdated and cluttered in the living areas. House stayed extremely hot every evening. One day the house was 80 degrees when we came back from a full day at the beach and didn’t get down to 70 until around 3am. Front bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house because the vent doesn’t work.

My family and I loved staying here. The property offered all the essentials and more. It is within walking distance to the pool and dog park. The golf cart was a huge advantage and made our daily trips to the private beach so much easier. The communication from the host was excellent and we would consider renting from him in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay even though it rained. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the carport and enjoying the cool breeze after the rain. Byron was very nice to deal with and the house was stocked with many items that other rentals do not provide.

We enjoyed our stay for our yearly summer vacation! The house was clean and well kept. The community is pet friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay! My daughter was thrilled with the golf cart. Oceanside village has all the amenities you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This host goes above and beyond with his customer service and his hospitality and responsiveness is A-1.

The community the property is located in is top notch. The property is a little outdated, but it absolutely had everything one would need. The shower head broke in the master bath and we went ahead and replaced it rather than contacting maintainence. We also bought distilled water for the cart batteries as they were dry.

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house was comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed the community pools, golf cart availability, and easy access to the beach. The house does need some cosmetic work, but it does not seem affect the structure of the house. It was very nice having so many necessities like toilet paper, laundry soap, etc… The home owner was great with communication.

House was perfect and the people we rented off of was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties over the years and the thoughtfulness put into this property was clearly evident. We truly only had to bring food (for us and our pups) and everything else we needed was provided! The golf cart was a much appreciated asset! Thank you for allowing us and our pups to stay in your home!

This house was wonderful. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans for cooking. There was also plenty of space for 2 large dogs, 3 adults and a 2 year old. The house was decorated wonderfully. We loved and enjoyed the various signs at the house. There were a lot of supplies for making trips to the beach easy from beach towels to the golf cart. Also a generous supply of towels. The washer and dryer worked great as well! The neighbors who were around us were all wonderful and welcoming as well. Byron was also great when we had to reach out to him as well. The check in process quick and easy too. If I had to find a downfall of the house it would have been trying to find a good place for a 2 year old to sleep where there weren’t Knick knacks and photos for him to touch. I think this is a great house for a family with really young kids that can be contained/sleep in a pack n play or a family that has slightly older kids that understand not touching objects. Overall for our child at the age of 2 it did work since he was very tired by the end of the day and fell asleep quickly each night. The checkout procedures were slightly confusing as some of the instructions in the book contradicted each other, mainly in where / how things should be placed before leaving. Our overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely come back to this house with my family.

We had a very nice weeklong stay. This property had everything we needed for a family of four and our dog. The golf cart was a great additional perk.

The house is quite comfortable and well decorated with so many beach and summer items. The home is exactly as pictured and described, in a great neighborhood where folks wave and say Hi when you ride by. It was an easy golf cart ride to the parking area at the beach, all gate passes were provided, and was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage, as it felt like home. It was also a very comfortable place for our dogs. The house was furnished with anything you might need during your trip. We loved having the golf cart, and the people in the neighborhood were so friendly! Also, our daughter had a beautiful beach wedding during our stay! She is now a resident of South Carolina with her husband who is stationed there in the Air Force. Therefore we will definitely be back for visits!

We absolutely love this home so much we stayed again this year! The community is quiet and secluded, everyone is friendly, and the home is spacious enough for our family of 6! Cozy little cottage had everything we needed and comfy beds, great location to the beach in a fantastic community. Loved our time, weather was perfect!

I totally recommend this property if you’re looking for a short distance to the beach. It’s within walking distance or just hop on the go cart for a short ride.Perfect for 3 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs.
