The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy evenings in. The home was clean and the host was quick to respond to our questions. We are looking forward to future trips.

Little gem nestled just up the hill in silverthorne. Very nice, clean, and quiet. Easy access to surrounding area. Owner made everything very easy and convenient. Would be happy to stay again.

We had a fabulous time at this property! The hot tub was a huge hit and our three kids LOVED it! We even got to see a fox run by while we were in it! The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious and an added bonus for having a full bath in each bedroom. The location is fantastic! We skied Breckinridge and Keystone and felt like it was very centrally located. Overall this property is meticulously cared for, very clean and highly recommended! Thanks Matt!

I booked this unit for a long weekend of skiing with my wife and son. We loved the remote quiet location and made good use of the hot tub. We highly recommend this unit for some quiet family time.

Great property for a casual getaway in the mountains. Watch the moon rise over the mountains from the comfort of a private hot tub. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely use it again for a smaller group.

Communication with Matt was excellent. His place was clean and spacious. Kid friendly with lots of board games to explore. The private hot tub was excellent. Location was fantastic- easy access to restaurants and the slopes. Would stay again! Thanks for sharing your home!

This townhome is the perfect Rocky Mountain getaway! It's a central location to all of the popular ski resorts and has some great trails within walking distance. The close proximity to the Silverthorne outlets and grocery stores are a huge bonus, especially if you've forgotten to pack something for your trip.The house was spotless and in excellent condition when I arrived. Essential home goods were all stocked up and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The townhome was quite spacious and gave me plenty of room to kickback after hitting the slopes. The private hot tub has to be one of the biggest highlights. It's quite large (can probably fit 6 to 8 adults) and has all sorts of fancy jets and lights. It was definitely the most relaxing part of the entire trip.Before my trip even started, Matt, the owner, was very helpful. He was very quick to respond to any of my questions and very welcoming. And he stayed very responsive all throughout. Matt, if you're reading this, I'm hugely appreciative of everything you did to help make my stay the best. Thank you! I'll definitely try to rebook this townhome the next time I'm in town!
