This place was perfect for our moms weekend! Very clean and super convenient to everything. We were able to walk everywhere and it’s practically on the beach! Sure did beat staying at a hotel and we would definitely rent again.

Was very nice. Location was great and beach is very nice and clean. Was sad my friend could not come. Very expensive for me only to stay for one night. I left on Monday evening to get home for my dogs. Thinking about coming back in September for another stay.

Check in was so easy and the location was great, just a few steps away from the beach. It was the perfect size for our group of four. The owner was very prompt to reply with any questions.

We had the best weekend in Dewey while staying at Mikes condo. The location couldn’t have been better! Literally steps from the beach and a few blocks from all of the bars and restaurants! We parked our cars and didn’t have to worry about a thing! The house was perfect for the 4 of us! Plenty of room, comfortable stay, very clean, and again, the perfect location. Mike was great to work with! Very quick to respond when needed (which was once or twice when arriving) ! We are really looking forward to returning again in the new future! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days in a great beach town!

We stayed at Mike’s place in early October. Close to everything in Dewey. Cozy little place feet from the beach.

We had a blast at this McKinley property! It had everything we needed for three adults, and wasn't even a half-block to the beach access. Parking for two cars (and we could even fit three since ours are all small), and a really cool fire pit area out back. Mike was also very quick with responding for the few questions I had. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! This was our first time visiting the Delaware Beaches and so happy we chose this location! Family friendly area, great walkable restaurants(we never drove our car). Super close to the beach and when we wanted to check out the Rehoboth scene we just took the Jolly Trolly. Awesome!

The place was in a great location and directly next to the beach. However, the property does not include linen, which we did not know. Even after reviewing the listing, it was impossible to know that linen was not included. No issue if we knew ahead of time.

We stayed here for a long weekend over Father's Day. The location was great, just steps tot he beach and easy walking distance to restaurants. The owner was very responsive to emails and questions and made everything easy for us. The place was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

The rental was well appointed and steps to the beach. We spent our babymoon here at it was everything the listing said and more. We will be repeat renters!!

We had a great time visiting Mike’s home for MDW! Very clean and more spacious than it appears online in the pictures. There is a great outdoor shower for post beach showers. Mike was also super responsive to any concerns or messages I sent him over the weekend. 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

My wife and I took a much needed, long overdue break and this place was perfect. Was clean, close to beach and many restaurants. Mike was very quick to respond to questions. Perfect for small family or just a couple's getaway. Area was much less crowded than Rehoboth, but only 5 minute drive. Many local restaurants with great food and atmosphere. Would book again

This is the perfect little condo just steps from the beach. I really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee. The outside shower was an added bonus- perfect for sandy kids that need more than just a hose-off before coming in the house! The kitchen is a little small, but fully functional and I was able to make meals no problem. If you are looking for a basic condo (no frills) for you and a couple kids with easy access to the beach - this is it!

We had a great time staying on McKinley! Everything in Dewey is walkable & it was so nice to be 100 yards from the beach. We can’t wait to come back

The location is great, and close enough to the beach to allow kids to walk back and forth if they needed to go to the bathroom or get something. Off-street parking was helpful too. Mike was very communicative and answered all my questions. We provided all beach gear, linens, pillow, blankets, bath towels.

Great location, great communication and a wonderful property. My cousin got married at Broadkill Beach and I wanted to stay somewhere close, but closer to the beach. Just a short drive to Broadkill and an even shorter walk to the beach. The only negatives were the guy upstairs prancing his electric guitar at night, the king bed was awfully uncomfortable, and the air didn't work in that bedroom either. I would definitely stay again, Mike was great.

We took an impromptu mini vacation and it was amazing. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the location, you can walk anywhere in Dewey. Mike was very responsive to any questions I had. Will no doubt be back soon.

This property was perfect....steps from the beach as well as within walking distance to anything you want to eat. Easy off street parking as well. My kids (6&7 years old) got a kick out of having their own half bathroom in their room. There was a hose right outside our front door so we could clean off our feet and beach toys without getting sand all over the condo. We give this property 2 big thumbs up. The only (tiny) complaint...missing an A/C in the room with the twin beds but it wasnt a hot week so it was ok for us. We left the living room A/C on during the night to keep the kids room cool. Wouldnt stop us from booking again. Thanks for a great stay, Mike!!

It's hard to beat the location of this apartment. Steps from the beach and entertainment in Dewey, first floor apartment, dedicated parking space, and an outdoor shower! Just as important, Mike was a great host and wonderfully communicative. I'd definitely recommend this to others!

Nice place clean but small real close to beach and downtown can walk easily more for younger people but rent again

The condo was in a perfect spot. Steps from the beach and all of the restaurants. Mike was easy to communicate with and made check in and out easy. We had a great stay!

This property is perfectly laid out with a large living room/entertainment center, porch with well positioned kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bath - very clean and comfy and short walk to beach and/or restaurants and bars :)

The condo was a great rental. It is super close to the beach in the center of Dewey. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive and eager to meet our needs. I will definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed in Mike's condo over Memorial Day Weekend and it was a great experience all around. From the beginning, Mike was very accommodating and was able to answer every question I had! He was very responsive over both email but also text message which was ideal for my group. When we arrived, the condo was immaculate, steps from the beach, and less than a 5 minute walk from the best bars & restaurants in Dewey. The next time I plan a trip to Dewey, I will absolutely be staying here again! Thanks Mike!

Great to be so close to the beach -- less than half a block away. A clean, cozy place, great for four people (with a full bathroom and a powder). We provided our own sheets, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Comfortable living room to watch movies. Nice porch with a spot to play games (although with a view of a parking lot). A place we would come back to.
