We were here two years ago and wanted to come back. We left it cleaner than when we came.

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette weekend. We had a blast! This house was beautiful , spacious and very clean. Walkable to all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to book again for a girls weekend!

We had 12 girls stay and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend this house to a large group or multiple families vacationing together. We all had enough space to separate when needed and privacy. Never worried about waiting for a bathroom. The grill is off the deck that aligns with the kitchen so you didn’t have to lug anything up and down the steps to get back to the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough stuff to do some cooking or food prep. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time at this unit in Dewey. Close to everything and spacious.

Our family group of five adults and four kids (that’s mom, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandkids) enjoyed the layout of the unit. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together, do a jigsaw puzzle in the common space, but also ways to retreat for quiet time. The neighborhood is tree-shaded and family friendly. The walk to the beach easy! Probably not good for anyone for whom stairs are a challenge.

Stayed here with a group of guys on a golf trip. Property is in a great location for walking to all of the Dewey bars. House itself is as described on the listing.

The home was really nice. We were very appreciative of the amenities and parking passes. Very close to beach and downtown area of Dewey Beach. The only issues we had was that there was a burned down condo immediately next to us. The trash and recycle was full and there was trash outside all over the ground when we arrived. I did alert owner and all trash and recycle was picked-up the following day.

This beach condo was awesome. The common area and kitchen was a great area to hang out and there was more than enough room to house the 8 of us. Getting to the beach and bars was a very short walk. The only problem was getting in touch with the on-site owner. I reached out about parking (there were construction vehicles in our spaces - but it was the weekend) and the wifi went down the second day. I never heard from them. Still that didn't stop us from having a great time.

The place is huge and perfect for my family and my sisters family and our kids. Great location. Short walk to the beach and into town. Love the kitchen with the large island and dining room table seated our entire group. Communication with the owner was great. Very reasonable rates during the week. Will be visiting again.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very nice inside and so large. It was able to accommodate all of us and we all felt like we had alot of space to live in. The owners were so easy to communicate with and answered promptly. The walk was SO close to the beach. It only took us about 5 minutes to walk there. Highly recommend!

Lots of space! We stayed for a weekend and wished we could stay longer. Tons of beds! Lots of equipment in the kitchen, but the oven temperature needs to be recalibrated.

B Huge place, lots of space, everything you need in the kitchen, short walk to Beach, walking to dewey town, all in all was a great place and would rent again.

Lots of room, great location, easy check-in and check-out. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of friends.

This place was great. We had 13 of us there for my bachelorette party and it was plenty big. 5 big bedrooms (each with their own balcony!) and 4.5 bathrooms. The main floor had the kitchen and living room with a half bath. Everything was within walking distance- the beach, bars, and restaurants. And it was awesome that they allowed 3 night stays. We would definitely go back!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Living, dining, kitchen area was great gathering area for all of us. The walk to the beach 2 blocks. Easy check in and out!

We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of extra room. The kids had one whole floor to themselves and we didn’t even use one floor. The living room/dining room/kitchen was perfect for our family. It was open and spacious. The kitchen was stocked great with everything you need. It was nicely decorated and up to date. The unit was basically 2 blocks from the beach and hauling our 3 kids plus beach stuff was not difficult. The beach was beautiful at Houston street. The unit is located within a few minutes drive to Rehoboth and easy access to coastal hwy for all types of shopping. Just a little advise....be prepared to walk around in Dewey because there is no parking unless you have a permit or pay $.25/6 minutes. This was our first time to Dewey and we would love to visit again next summer. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions we had during the booking process.

This is basically a “fairly new” multi-townhouse building. We went for our annual work beach trip And stayed in Unit B.The location is great-just at the beginning of Dewey Beach (which is very walkable anyway) and easy access to the main strip, beach, bars, stores, trolley stop, etc.The layout was great for us, everyone got their own “area” since it was 4 floors, and we never felt on top of each other. The rooms are laid out like a typical “beach house” with a few beds in each bedroom with the exception of the 2nd floor, which one of the rooms has one bed and their own bathroom. The best part was the open kitchen/living room 3rd floor area which has no bedrooms so it was easy to hang out while not disturbing anyone. The neighbors are great also. Some of the furniture and technology is a tad dated and it could be slightly cleaner but nothing that skeeves you out.Beware: it’s vague and didn’t really say in the listing but linens and towels are NOT included, and you have to replace whatever paper towels or toilet paper you use. I think a rental should include these things, but that may not be the norm. I had to rent them privately for an additional fee which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker.Owners were responsive and fixed a grill issue within an hour after I called them. Overall a great property and location. I would stay again next year or recommend to larger groups.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for what we needed! Tons of space, great location, and very friendly and helpful owners! Would definitely return.
