We had an amazing time at this resort. The room is a bit larger than we expected from the pictures which was a great surprise. Comfortable king sized bed. Ski valet with gondola access at the resort is great plus you can ski all the way back at the end of the day without having to take a shuttle. There are tons of great restaurants in Edwards - be sure to check out what else is around. The hotel food is fine but also pretty expensive.

I worked in property management for years in Beaver Creek; we lived in the Vail Valley for 22 years. So I’m very familiar with ski rentals and what they can be like. Although this location is amazing for easy access to the gondola and convenient ski valet, this unit needs some updating and love. It’s pretty beat up and needs some care and refreshing. Lots of kicks on the walls and baseboards. The bedding is not the super soft Westin heavenly bedding you’d hope for. Most of the electrical outlets don’t work, phone chargers are outdated, decor has become dated and drab, bathroom fan did not work, sleeper sofa less than comfortable and no comforter for it. For the price we paid, we felt super squished with 2 adults and 1 small child + ski gear. I’ve seen and managed much better rentals in this price category, but location is everything and we love staying at the Westin for all its great amenities and easy access to the mountain.

My wife and I have stayed at the Westin a dozen or so times... always a pleasure. Other than the fact that sometimes the place is a bit packed, tough to find seating in the lobby/lounge or bar.. the gym can get a bit insane, too. However, there are so many wonderful things about the place. Parking is easy, getting around to BC, Edwards, Vail, Eagle-Vail or wherever is so convenient... the amenities in the building, at the property and around the property are all wonderful. This unit is certainly small but it checks all the boxes, has intelligent storage features and we were quite content for 5 days.

The Westin Riverfront is my favorite property in Avon/Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch. Charlie has several options here and always a great space. We use the gym facilities daily, close to hiking, Starbucks downstairs, convenience store on-site, great lobby for reading or working. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, modern and located in a great area within walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. The resort itself has a fantastic pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The lobby has a cool bar/restaurant with a large outdoor patio overlooking the pool area. The property is located on a beautiful river with gorgeous views and right next to a wonderful paved bike/walk/ hiking path. Charlie (the host) sent an email with all necessary information prior to arrival and check in was fast and easy. Definitely a 5 star host in a 5 star property! We are looking forward to returning!

I am not happy with Hotel fees without my knowledge. I have tried to explain about fee when I never use any thing, they had refused money back (239 pounds for 6 nights.) they stolen money from my credit card.

The property was superb. Very modern but small property with a very large and comfy bed, kitchenette, living area and spacious bathroom. Balcony was very nice but again a bit small. But for the price it was definitely a bargain. To top it off, the Westin Riverfront is top notch with on site restaurants, wonderful spa, gym, and pool. Reed (owner) was excellent with communication and directions. The only downside was the location. Very hard to walk to anywhere and not like staying in Vail Village for instance. If you're there to visit the area or go skiing and willing to drive or take the shuttle, then this is great. If you like to go for a stroll to see shops and restaurants, then maybe not so much.

My husband and I lived in the Vail Valley for 18 years and returned to visit good friends. We greatly enjoyed staying in the condo for 10 days. Even though we moved away five years ago this felt more like a luxurious staycation. The studio unit is well designed and has four distinct spaces (living, sleeping, kitchenette and bathroom). Five if you count the balcony which was used at many different times of the day and night. The hotel’s amenities and location are the icing on the cake. Charlie was a pleasure to work with and was accommodating when we asked to extend our stay - we weren’t ready to leave. We have forwarded Charlie’s contact information to many friends and family members who love the valley as much as we do. We shall return!

This property was a great location. If you are planning on doing some intense skiing, then you have the lift right outside. We ended up having to get on the bus, or driving our rental to Avon and did not utilize the lift much since we are not that skilled and Avon has better options for beginners. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the bed was covered in hair and stains upon arrival, the silverware was dirty (dry food was still on some of the utensils, and we felt like the place was not as well kept as if it was receiving cleaning by the resort. The property manager did have the cleaning crew come by and drop clean bedding off the next day, but it was still kind of gross to show up to a place like that. If we go again, we will pay the few extra bucks and stay in the actual resort. Not sure if this was just a one time mistake for the property owners, but we were not happy with the cleanliness of it.

Condo is nice. Charlie responded on a few inconveniences quickly. The room is nicer than the regular room from the hotel, however since we are a Marriott BonVoy member, our stays are not counted as points and it is not as flexible as the hotel would offer in terms of check in and check out.

I love this hotel. I have always stayed at the Villas, but wanted to try the Hotel side. I loved it. The room was beautiful too. It was a surprise to see that there was a small refrigerator, one stovetop and dishes with silverware. It was convenient for breakfast time. Can't wait for my next trip to Beaver Creek , I will be staying here again.
