Villa lumineuse sur trois étages avec vue sur le lac, à seulement 1 minute à pied du lac, à côté de la Villa Melzi et de ses jardins. Villa récemment rénovée avec piscine dans un contexte très élégant meublé par un célèbre architecte de Milan. La maison a pour chaque chambre sa propre salle de bain avec douche et WC. Les clients ont accès au salon, à la salle à manger où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner, à la piscine, au jardin et auront la possibilité sur demande de dîner en plein air. A l'intérieur de la villa, il y aura toujours un service de confiance qui préparera le petit déjeuner et sera disponible pour tout. Le quartier est entouré de verdure et très calme et paisible avec vue sur le lac. Possibilité de garer votre voiture à l'intérieur de la maison, arrêt de bus pour Milan, Côme et Lecco dans la maison. Le train Bellagio s'arrête à quelques mètres et arrête l'atterrissage de la maison. Service de vidéosurveillance à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la Villa.

Our stay at this property in Bellagio was spectacular! Our group had four couples and we were drawn to this property because each couple could have their own room and bathroom. The villa was so nice, and the pool was a great amenity. The property manager, Sumedha, was so kind and made us a delish breakfast the mornings of our stay. This property is also at a great location. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay in Bellagio. The caretaker was very helpful and cooked us dinner one night and breakfasts in the morning. The house was nice but wish it had more of a view. It is in a good location but you must walk down a very busy and narrow street to get into town. Be warned when busses are coming by- you have to flatten yourself against the wall! Each bedroom had its own bathroom so it was good for traveling with friends.

We were 6 adults and a one year old. I picked this villa because of the number of bedrooms(each with a bathroom) , ease to walk to bellagio centrale with no stairs (for stroller), lovely swimming pool and convenience to 2 supermarkets! David was timely
With answering (so many!!) of my questions. The pictures and description are completely accurate. All bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and modernized. The house manager does live in the basement- so be aware that he freely comes and goes with no warning. He is so kind, and so helpful! I 100% recommend staying here.

Our small group of 4 adults found this villa incredibly spacious and very well equipped including good air conditioning on a very hot week. The villa is clean, grounds lush, and the pool is large and and relaxing. Adding to the property’s appeal is the very kind house attendant who is an excellent cook and will provide breakfast at a very modest fee and who can also arrange to make an amazing meal. The villa is also in an outstanding location. We recommend this villa, no question.

The villa is in the perfect location in Bellagio. Walking distance to shopping, beaches, and the ferry. Sumedha was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. The Villa slept 8 people very comfortably and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Plenty of room, lots of internal stairs, we used 3 bedrooms all had ensuite. Top floor bathrooms had small showers difficult to use so used 1st floor.
Davide went out of his way to make sure our stay was trouble free, got us a high chair for baby at short notice. A 10 min walk to the square gave us plenty of restaurants & shopping options. The pool was great with fantastic views over the bay

Lovely large villa, easy walk into Bellagio, private pool and garden, modern baths and lovely covered dining veranda. The caretaker, Sumedha, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable...he is also a fine chef and we woke to hot breakfasts and enjoyed delightful custom dinners as special treats!

My family and friends (group of 7) joined me on a birthday trip to Italy. Davide’s villa was perfect in every way! It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location close to everything you will need/want. Sumedha was incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend!

The property manager, Davide, was very easy to work with. Sumedhe, the on-site manager, was courteous, helpful, accommodating, available and an excellent cook! The living area rooms and kitchen and outdoors were incredibly spacious, bedrooms also spacious, bathrooms clean, we could not have been happier. The property was secure and gated so we never felt that anyone would enter the property and premises. As a VRBO property manager myself, I highly recommend this beautiful property!

A magical stay in Bellagio enhanced by the authentic and spacious accommodation. A fantastic villa for a larger group of two families. Excellent proximity to the town and other amenities. Very welcoming and responsive host. This was one of of most memorable places to stay in our month long Italian holiday.

Our blended family of 8 adults stayed at this lovely villa recently (mid November) and would surely love to return in the future. Location and views are spectacular. Easy walk to downtown and the ferry. Although many things were closed for the season, the owner Davide offered wonderful dining recommendations and was extremely responsive. One of the best parts was Sumedha, the lovely caretaker who lives on the property. It's unusual to have someone living in a rented property like this, however, having been to Italy before in more remote areas (such as Bellagio) part of the reason I booked this particular property was knowing that someone local would be there. Sumedha made lovely breakfasts for us (at a reasonable additional cost) and saved us the first night by loaning us some much needed adapters (phone chargers) that we had forgotten! He was a wealth of information and assistance and made our stay that much more enjoyable! Kudos to Davide and Sumedha for your sincere hospitality!

Patio was very nice for hanging out and for breakfast. Sumi was very hospitable and helpful. Fixed a very generous and varied breakfast. Beds were good, showers very nice and big. Everything clean. Property beautiful and close to town. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Two couples traveled to Lake Como for the first time for 3 days and stayed at Villa Bellagio during this trip. The villa location worked out extremely well in terms of access to the town of Bellagio, its' restaurants and shops and to access to the ferries on the lake. Sumedha was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. Thank you Davide and Sumedha !!

We traveled to Bellagio recently with 8 people ranging in ages from 5 - 75. The house was very clean and the owner and on-site manager were so accommodating. The location was a short walk into town and the property was beautiful. Sumedha cooked a delicious breakfast for us each morning and offered to drive my older parents, when needed. I would highly recommend this house for any group.

This beautiful home is historically charming but also features every updated amenity you could want from great water pressure in totally modern restrooms to A/C and a pool. The location, right across the street from Villa Melzi is perfection with just a mile walk into town through the villa garden along the shore ($8 euro, worth it). Sumedha, the caretaker was a Godsend, so kind, giving us lifts as needed saving us on trying to find taxis. Cooked fantastic breakfasts and was our guardian/source of all info (like good restaurants and local pizza as well as where to find things/work things in the house). We are so grateful he was on site! What an amazing home base. Everything worked just as it should and the location was perfect. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The villa with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a pool was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 4 kids aged 6-15. Having Sumedha on site to offer shopping, cooking, and cleaning was well worth it. This is a great place for a family or families looking to have a relaxing time on Lake Como.

We stayed for a few days and cannot recommend this property enough for any group looking to optimize their time in the Lake Como/Bellagio area! The property is absolutely lovely, and Davide and Suhamed the caretaker were so kind and helpful. The pool felt amazing on our hot days, it was a quick walk into center Bellagio, and the placed served as a great hub to other areas of the lake. Truly a 10/10!!!

The stay was great. Very close to town and we appreciated the food recommendations from Davide. I did not realize there was going to be a collaborator staying in the villa with us but he was helpful and friendly. The villa was beautiful and well kept and very convenient.

It is hard to describe what a great time we had at this Villa. We had a party of 7 and the Villa was more than large enough. Sumedha (the property caretaker) was an absolute joy for our family. He prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning for us in the beautiful garden. He also prepared amazing dinners for us a few nights and had great stories that we all enjoyed.
The kids loved the pool (larger than in the photos) during down time. The Villa is in a great location with about a ten minute walk to the town. I highly recommend this Villa especially for larger parties that want to stay together.

This villa is spacious and located just a short 10 min walk from the center of Bellagio and a 3 min walk to the lake. The house was clean and well appointed. The pictures are accurate and the pool was nice to cool off. We had two families with 4 adults and 5 children aged 3-10 and there was plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably. There is a an extremely polite caretaker, Sumedha, who lives in the basement of the house who offered to cook us delicious breakfasts every morning and stocked the house with food and drinks for us. The additional cost for breakfast and additional food/drinks was very reasonable. Other than preparing breakfast and cleaning, he was not in our way and it was nice having him around for assistance. The house was clean and well maintained. In regards to the recent post complaining about clutter, there was a 5th bedroom (not included in the listing) which was used to keep extra linens and supplies. This may be what the other reviewer was mentioning. This is an extra bedroom that is not meant for guests. Yes, this is an old villa, but so is everything in the area. It is well maintained and some of the bathrooms have even been recently remodeled and are very modern. The house is decorated tastefully in a classic Italian style. Bonus tip: buy a ticket for the Villa Melzi gardens and use this beautiful garden to walk through between the house and Bellagio instead of walking along the road. It's a much more scenic walk.

We were received very warmly by the property manager and the accomodations were nice. We were surprised, however, that the property manager lived and would also be staying at the property in a downstairs space that had no locked door from the main house. He was very polite and helpful to us, but I believe this should have been disclosed as part of the vrbo listing.

Property manager was very helpful. However, place is old and not in great condition. Online pictures portrait property as excellent. But in reality it is old, and not very clean.
It says there is a chef on property- however he does not cook.
There were no towels in the bathroom, we had to look for them ourselves. One of the room had so much clutter, we felt at home ( it would have been nice to enter a clean property). For the amount charged, pots and pans should have been in good condition.They need to replace kitchen appliances and pots and pans. It was an awful experience. They should mention that toiletries are not provided and there is only washer , no dryer on premises.
The person who managed property dropped us and picked us up from bus stop that was the only nice part of the stay.

The property is in a very convenient location to the town of Bellagio. It comes with a property manager who lives on site. He was amazing. He went above and beyond taking our family members to see their daughter in the hospital in the middle of the night. He also made an amazing meal for us at the house.

This was a lovely house with views on to lake Como, with ample space, both inside and out, for 6 50+ friends. The house was a short walk in to the centre of Bellagio, but also very close to two excellent restaurants, Silvio and Darsenne di Loppa. Davide provided us with plenty of information before arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Sumedha was wonderful, always available to help. As we were celebrating some special birthdays, we also arranged with him to cook a meal for us one evening. The food was delicious! I would definitely book this property again if we return to Lake Como.

Before arrival, the communication could not have been better. We were greeted with open arms, fed wonderful breakfasts, helped at the grocery store, and had the most amazing views. We were able to walk anywhere we needed. Recommend very highly! The house is the picture of Italian Lake living. It was the 50th birthday celebration of my dreams.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa which is a few minutes walk just outside of Bellagio. Beautifully landscaped with a lovely swimming pool, this home has all the comforts of home and more. We were greeted at the villa by the gracious caretaker who made himself available to us for all our needs and was the perfect host. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would happily stay there again.

Davide's place in Bellagio was perfect! Beautiful home and we were able to walk to town and dinner. It was wonderful. Lake Como is heavenly and Bellagio is the place to be! We took ferries to the other islands, came back to Bellagio each night and watched the sun go down on the Alps. Perfect vacation!
