La maison Shell est un 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, Villa de golf, avec l'emplacement parfait à l'intérieur de Edgewater Panama City Beach Resort, ne pouvait être plus idéal pour saisir le tramway en avant, marcher en quelques secondes pour tout, y compris obtenir une bouchée pour manger, ou se détendre sur la plage. WIFI inclus !!
Les trois chambres sont terminées avec une télévision, une literie confortable, des oreillers moelleux et des couvertures supplémentaires. Le maître du roi et 2 chambres d'hôtes à l'étage une avec deux lits doubles, offre une incroyable vue sur le golf resort!
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec chaque pot et casserole nécessaire pour profiter d'un repas ou deux et oui, il y a une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain, etc. Nous avons beaucoup de sièges pour que tout le monde s'amuse pendant les vacances, loin de la maison avec tout le confort et les nécessités à portée de main.
Un peu de la station elle-même: Edgewater est le seul centre de villégiature à Panama City Beach. Il est complètement fermé avec des gardes de sécurité 24/7. La station est parfaite pour les familles et a quelque chose pour tout le monde - boutiques, restaurants, arcades, une patinoire, même une piste de bowling. Avec un incroyable presque 12 000 pieds carrés. piscine lagon équipée de cascades et d'aménagement paysager tropical, les clients pourront se détendre et profiter de ce complexe. Il dispose également de 11 piscines et 9 chauffées dans tout le complexe, 4 bains à remous, parcours de golf 9 trous, magasin professionnel, 11 courts de tennis, activités pour enfants (saisonnières), spa, salon et centre de congrès. Il ya des spectacles en direct de la piscine, des sports nautiques, location de jet ski et un service de chaise de plage sont disponibles en saison. Le marché d'Edgie a des boissons, des collations, de la crème glacée, des Starbucks et des articles de commodité. Il y a un Pizza Hut, un sous-magasin, un bar Bimini au bord de la piscine, un restaurant Ocean's Beach Front et un restaurant gastronomique Firefly. Un service de chambre ainsi qu'un service de restauration et de boissons au bord de la piscine et sur la plage sont disponibles.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in the middle of all of the attractions. We actually walked across the road to the bowling alley at Rocket Lane. They had several activities to do in one place, bowling, skating, escape room and all. The house was as just as pictured. We had a very small problem and the host was available and had it taken care of immediately. The host response to all the questions prior to our stay at the house was super fast. Most houses you have buy grocery items such as salt, pepper, oil, trash bags, etc, but they had everything you needed with plenty of cleaning products. Ohhhh the hot water in the bathrooms never went out after several long showers. Yes!!! Rent here!!

We were super close to the venue, a short walk to the resort/beach, and the villa was great! Clean, ready to go when we arrived, tons of space, there were even board games and other niceties to make it more like home. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay. We were very impressed with the attention to detail with the cleaning - the condo has been well taken care of. Even the inside of the appliances had been thoroughly cleaned.
The condo was very well stocked- trash bags, coffee, dishwasher pods. Even games and puzzles to play.
The owner was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple.
Location wise this is very close to the conference center and to the per way to walk over to the beach.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time with the family at this unit. It was the perfect walking distance from the beach and made us feel extra secure being in a gated community. The size of the condo was perfect for our family, very clean and put together beautifully with the beach decor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This villa was perfect for our family. Everything was well thought out. So many little details were giving to making sure you feel like you at home. Definitely would recommend staying here! Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Unfortunately the renters prior to us caused some damage in the home that had not been repaired yet. The homeowner was very gracious about it and got all issues resolved quickly. Perfect location to the venue and a fairly easy walk to the main pool and beach at the resort.

Absolutely loved the Villa 312. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a rental that had so many things to make you feel like you were home. These owners definitely know how to add the “at home” touches to their property. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The condo was more spacious than excepted. Everything we needed was there. Great location and wonderful view on the back patio. Quick walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool. We will be back!

The Villa was so nice, well-kept, well furnished, well stocked in the kitchen and clean. We had fun feeding the turtles when bread or crackers was thrown out to them. They are huge! We were in town for one of our granddaughters Beach Wedding.

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed was there and even more!!! This place is perfect for family's work kids of any age! The host was awesome and kept in contact. We will be rebooking!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't overlooking the beach but the location ended up being good for the dance competition since we were close to the convention center. Place was nice and had everything we needed. It was a little walk to the beach but not too bad and the trams were pretty frequent so if you really needed it you didn't have to wait too long for one.

Edgewater 312 is and should be the standard for " a home away from home." There is no such thing as " no place like home" because 312 proves that to be a myth. The owners are most prompt with response/assistance. I have almost two decades vacation home/villa stays at panama city beach, which includes stays at my sisters place in Laguna - and she will be hearing from me about my wonderful stay at 312 - Thank you 312 owners this was my absolute best ( and not this is not to flatter you/all) stay in several years.. I am in hopes that I will be able to stay there again when available - thank you bunches 312 owners from me and my son ( who is living with Autism) for a most absolutely comfortable, welcoming, accommodating, clean etc. home away from home stay!

Amazing place to stay for our vacation. Beach was just a 7 or 8 minute walk without having to cross any streets. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to stay.

You can stop scrolling, I already did the research and you can just book here! The 312 Edgewater Shell house was perfect! The townhouse is decorated very beachy and totally sets the vacation mood as soon as you open the door! The master bedroom has a King bed, en suit bathroom and access to the upper deck. Bedroom two has access to the upper deck and two full beds. Bedroom three has a queen bed. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was even a gift bag full of sun screen and aloe. Thank you to whoever left the cold compress in the freezer. It really helped on a sunburn! There is a small pool steps away or you can take a few steps in the other direction and cross the bridge and go to the resort pools and beach! You can also be picked up by the golf cart tram. We had four adults, two teenagers and one child! We all had a blast! The owners were very quick to solve a little issue caused by the previous renters. If we return to PCB, this is definitely where I will stay!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights with one more family.
Property is so neat and clean it had all the amenities with well equipped kitchen including which we were surprised to see.
Beach is very near just need to cross the bridge, we stayed in unit 312 of building 300. that had every thing near by.
Property manager was my good and quick in all the responses. every thing was as communicated. I highly recommend this property perfect of 2 families with Kids. we all loved it.

This was our first family vacation since covid and it was much needed. It had everything we needed even a pool close to the condo that did not draw a large crowd. The beds were comfortable and it really felt like home away from home. The owner was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Will be staying here again.

When I say the picture we seen was exactly like it was once we arrived. The location was even better. The beach was a short walk or you could wait for someone to pick you up

This condo felt like staying at a friends house. Made us feel right at home! My family has been staying at PCB every year for over ten years, and this was the first place that really made us feel welcome, not just an income. They really have it set up for a nice stay! It's not new, but it is taken care of!!
