The family and I had a great time! The location was perfect! Quick walk to just about everything including the bait house. The community was very friendly! I would recommend staying at PAG beach anytime! The host was great and the sunsets were beautiful! Definitely will come

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and hope to return next year. When we had a problem with the air conditioner it was checked quickly. When it was discontinued it required major repairs, we had 2 new fans delivered. We spent the next day out of the unit while it was being fixed but since the unit wasn’t rented for the next day we were told we could stay as late as needed on our check out day. This was welcomed since our plane did not leave until 6:00 PM.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to a fancy dinner, my favorite grouper sandwich at the Hurricane and a new breakfast favorite, Seahorse, and most importantly, the beach with ease! The rental was very spacious and easily fit a large group. The covered porch area that is really more like a giant den. The space was the perfect place to have a celebration. A big accommodating table and a lot of places to sit… Not to mention windows everywhere! The kitchen was well-appointed! Believe the pictures posted online, this is no standard beach themed rental.… The decor is really that eclectic and “interesting” but all the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable with plenty of extra bed linens, and towels. I would definitely come back here again… Hopefully mother nature will cooperate a little more with me next time, but even during a very stormy weekend, it was a great place to be.! And our host Daniel… super responsive, flexible and easy to work with! Thanks for a great long weekend!

We were 9 women spending 3 nights in this house in celebration of my birthday. Bathroom and bedrooms were more than enough and comfortable. The house was well supplied with amenities and very clean. The location was fantastic with excellent restaurants and beach in walking distance. We did not want to leave! Will definitely rent again. Host Daniel was wonderful!

The property is clean and spacious. The living area is lovely and the bedrooms are great, tho the beds ARE very high. It is very convenient to the beach. Only limitations were in the kitchen - no spices there and no condiments. My sense is most folks just go out. But a GREAT place - Highly recommend.

This VRBO rental could not be in a better location in Pass-a-grille. Steps from the beach, restaurants and historic area. The host was super nice and informative before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend this rental for pass-a-grille!

The only issue we had was that there were not enough necessities (toilet paper, trash bags) for a family our size and for a week stay. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again! Check in was easy because the property has a key pad. Location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants. The rental was spacious and clean and large for our family of ten. The historical and whimsy decor and created a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Would stay here again.

My friends and I had the best time at this apartment! Because of this place, we have memories of watching the sunset on the beach every night and seeing a dolphin swim close by.
We were also able to drive to other activities knowing that we had reserved parking spaces to come back to.
On top of the perfect location (1 min walk to the beach), I couldn't have asked for a more responsive and accommodating host. I am truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism he showed.

This was the second time we’ve rented and we will be back! Walking proximity to the beach, food, SHAVED ICE, and stores means a more relaxing stay. The multiple bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space as well. Love the beds, the eclectic decorating, and well-stocked home.
Communications were timely, thorough and accommodating. Pass-a-Grille is a great town, and it’s an easy drive to Fort DeSoto and Downtown St. Petersburg.

I have stayed at Trader’s Haven several times and it’s always a pleasure. Spacious and comfortable, with a relaxed, eclectic aesthetic. The kitchen isn’t ideal, but the location is perfect and value unbeatable. Owners are wonderful!

To be honest, I was Leary prior to our arrival. I could tell the place was eclectic, and eclectic often means “thrown together with grandmas old furniture and stuff you’ve had in the attic for ten years.” Just the opposite happened. Charming, spacious, all of my friends had their own bedroom. Great space for meals together. Location is undeniably the best in the area. We’re former VRBO owners ourselves x3! We kept our homes immaculate and left the business three years ago with 205 five out of five star ratings….so if there’s a critical eye, it’s mine. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this experience. Perfectly clean…you’ll love it!!!

The 16 guests enjoyed the property. Having a shower in all the bathrooms, was perfect, no long wait to shower. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and ice cream parlor. No problem with parking. The owner responded quickly, with questions that I had asked.. It was a perfect weekend.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with family and renewed our vows on the beach. Location was great! Property manager was awesome and just a heads up, the parking in back is tight and there is steps to walk up as this is on the entire second floor of the building. Would definitely stay here again but will drive our smaller vehicle instead of our F150. Lol.

We had a bunch of friends come early for our wedding weekend and stayed all together in this large apartment. There was plenty of room and had lots of privacy while also offering several spaces for hanging out together. We all enjoyed our stay. Easy communication with property manager too. Highly recommend!

The check in process was very smooth! Half way through the stay the battery on the back door lock was on the verge of going out. They offered to come change it same day! Great service! If you’re thinking about stay I say you def should!

A family funeral brought us together and our stay on 8th Ave was terrific! The owner was very nice and responsive. Check-in and out was super easy. The property was clean, spacious and located in the heart of the beach and business area. I would highly recommend this property if you have a large group.
