Great location in WWC. That’s the good part. Condo very outdated and smell is bad, like urine and mildew. There was a dryer sheet stuck in the air conditioning unit when we arrived so previous guests were struggling too. Pillows on the couch were literally filthy. We were left with no check in info for over three hours and couldn’t get in despite me messaging asking for it days prior. You have to bring sheets and towels which I didn’t see nor expect for a VRBO so we had to go out and buy them. For what I spent on the place definitely was not worth it.

Clean, close to the beach, parking spot is very tight, bed was hard but overall we would rent this again.

I cannot stress how close this is to the beach. I was able to enjoy sunrise at the beach before the family woke up. I found everything i needed in the kitchen and the bedroom had enough space for our family of 3. The property could be better with more comfortable mattresses and a good sofa. The AC was a bit loud and i am a light sleeper so that did bother me a bit. Overall we were able to put small inconveniences aside and enjoy the stay.

The room was clean with quick access to the beach as well as amenities that came along with it. Very nice people in the area as well.

The location of this place is amazing, with it being just a short walk to the beach! It was also very clean. It was nice that utensils and dishes were provided, as well as a coffee maker.

I love this condo. It is like a two minute walk to the beach. The condo is located on a quiet, parking-friendly area. The neighbors are amazing. You have to bring your own sheets/towels/toiletries; but the owner is great at communicating everything and making the check in process very easy. Definitely staying again. Highly recommended!!!!!! 10/10.

Linens and towels are not provided. This information needs to be added to the property listing. I found out only minutes before leaving home and was lucky enough to bring my own sheets and towels, but I see now that others have not been so lucky. You never know where someone is traveling from or when they left home, so this is vital information when booking. Aside from that, it was lovely to be so close to the beach and the place was clean and comfortable. If you have a big car and the rest of the lot is full, the parking spot will be really hard to back into.

Apartment was just the right size to provide a "home base" for our weekend excursions. Beach access was very convenient, feet in the sand in 90 seconds!

Great Location. Love this particular area of the beach in Wildwood Crest. More quiet and away from everything but close enough. The condo was roomy and beds were comfy. Futon in living room was so comfy you could sink right in. Great stay for a family with kids.

The condo was simple and ready for use, communication was great and the area was so quiet!

I went pre-season with a couple of friends and it was honestly okay. The location was just off the beach and the residents there were very helpful and nice. I’d say the main problem was that the place wasn’t really clean when we went, definitely not dirty but even after a sweep through the apartment(which came with a lot of general dirt and random things) we had to wear slippers throughout the entire stay inside the house. Communication with manager (while on check on day was very good and responsive when we wanted to check in earlier) was poor when issues occurred. Overall the property was reasonable for what we paid for and I’d probably not stay again unless I really wanted to.

Property was clean, The A/C units did not cool properly making me uncomfortable at night while trying to sleep. Kitchen lacked some basic essentials. Nice area, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were nice size, very clean, people were very friendly. Pool was great. And the beach was right there.

Cute place, not very clean even though we had to pay 70$ for cleaning fee. No spoons, only 2 glasses for a room that sleeps 6, very little cookware and utensils. Shower curtain and rod need replaced. water leaked all over floor when showering. Just a few minor updates would make this spot so much better. Loved the location and quiet but for the money we paid should have had a little more. Blender? Fridge door had no handles, ice machine didn't work, think stove top needs replaced. Would love to come back but please update!!!!

This was the perfect set up for our little getaway! Family of 5. Everyone had their own beds. Sufficient space throughout the unit. Super close to the beach. The neighbors were super friendly. Couldn’t have gone better!

This was the perfect condo for my fiance and I. Everyone there were very nice and friendly. Very quiet. Was nice to be able to walk to the beach.

Place was exactly as advertised! Great location, the beach was short walk from door. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The place was clean and had plenty of sleeping space.Having the 1 bedroom separate from the living area helped us a lot with a 4 yr old and a newborn. We were able to get the kids to sleep and still be able to enjoy ourselves. The neighbors were all friendly, and the pool was a lot of fun and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean and close to the beach

Just half block from the beach, and a shorter beach than north wildwood, this is a great location. Very responsive and communication was great. The upgrades for the coming year will really take this condo to the next level!

We enjoyed this one-room condo which was less than a half block from the beach. If you enjoy a firm bed, this is the place to stay. Our family has 6 people in it so we filled up all of the 6 beds, but only 4 chairs at the table. Otherwise, it was clean and a nice place.

I was just looking for affordable accommodations for me and my kids, so my expectations were not high to begin with. The lady who welcomed us was very nice (not the unit owner). The inside of the unit was a bit run-down and dingy and could use a deep cleaning. I noticed right away that the beds were not made (no bedding at all) and there were no bath towels to be found. The lady who welcomed us invited us to her unit if we had any questions/concerns, so I asked her about the sheets and towels--she said none were provided, didn't the owner tell us that? No, the owner did not tell us and it is not advertised that way on VRBO--it was very inconvenient to say the least! Then the kids and I spent some time blowing up our floaties for the pool and one of the ladies sitting there scolded us and said we could not use them because of Covid, didn't the owner tell us that? Once again, NO, the owner did not tell us that. Also, the kitchen sink never fully drains, and the shower leaks all over the floor every time it is used, even when the liner is pulled tight inside. Very disappointing experience.
