I was nervous about the view from the 4th floor but it's beautiful! 4th floor has the benefit of getting to us the center elevator that is rarely crowded. Condo was great, except the bath towels, they could use an upgrade. Check in and out was easy. Love the heated pool and tiki hut.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Pier Park where there is tons of shopping. Close driving to Gulf World and the Zoo.

We love the Calypso. This year we stayed here and while I was not sure about a condo on a lower floor, it certainly allowed us stunning views of the fireworks 2 nights in a row. The bed in the master bedroom is dreamy. The couch in the living room is brand new and provided us an amazing view of the water. We love condo living when we visit; it allows us the opportunity to cook meals when we don't feel like going out. The condo was very well stocked with laundry supplies, hand soap, coffee, and paper towels, all of which aren't provided or provided on a limited basis. Don't hesitate...book your stay in this condo!

Overall property was a great location and pricing was very reasonable. Only issue we had was parking pass at our check-in. But lesson learned. Will come back and stay at this property again.

First of all, the location can’t be beat, it’s walking to all of Pier Park and you have the beach steps away. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable, it was the perfect place to spend the holidays. My only disappointment was that it’s already booked up for next Christmas.

Fabulous view. Lovely condo. Close to everything. Best beach!!! If you are from Canada, you’ll have to get your parking pass on site because the online form only accepts a zip code (no postal code). No beach towels are included in this unit but there are beach chairs and toys. Great stay. Will be back!

It smelled like tacos upon entrance. The floors were dirty. There was a new red couch, great view, short distance from elevator.

Great location for our first trip to PCB. It's extremely walkable with pier park right behind. The condo was cute and just like the photos. It is pretty well stocked, even has some beach equipment. I will say the floors were very slippery when we arrived, along with the bathtub, and the living room furniture needs some cleaning. Some appliances including like the refrigerator need attention. Calypso is a great resort with a lot of amenities, but they had some extra rules and regulations that we aren't used to. They claim to have implemented them because of Spring Breakers, which is a huge disappointment since there are mostly families at this time. I only ever reached out to the property manager through vrbo messaging and received timely responses. She was also kind when we had to report damage to the door trim where the latch lock attaches. I would have liked clearer check-in/check-out instructions, but that's an easy update. Overall good stay, would consider coming back.

Loved everything about the condo, less the towels, silverware and living room couches that need to be replaced.

Spacious condo on the beach. Location is close to food/shopping being next to Pier Park. Grocery is about a mile walk away. Would definately stay here again.

Condo was very dirty. Poor communication with property owners. Couldn't use the internet and tv was difficult to use. Master bed was terrible to sleep on. Resort was nice, but will not rent from 404west property owners again

The condo was big enough for us all. We all had a great time. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. Cons- the washer doesn’t spin all the water out of your clothes and the dryer won’t dry your clothes unless you have a small load and put it on multiple times. We could not get the dishwasher to come on either. I messaged the owner and she said she would put in a work order again for those to be fixed. If you plan on staying in and cooking, then make sure you bring pots and pans. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Communication with the host is only available through VRBO messaging. She provides a phone number that does not work. The air conditioner quit working while we were staying in the condo and I could not call, only message her to notify. The host was very adamant that we just leave because the air would not be fixed any time soon. It was poor customer service in my opinion. There were no blankets/comforter on either the top or bottom bunk in the bunk room. Luckily, we brought 1 blanket but there were no extra blankets in the closets. The beds just had a bottom and top sheet on them.

We had a great trip over all. Great location. Beautiful Condo and gorgeous weather! Only minor issue maybe the need for more Pots and pans and possible more blankets and extra sheets. Washer and dryer didn’t work as well as I would have liked but, I am thankful that they got the job done.👍🏻 We will definitely be visiting again! Thanks so much!♥️

If our condo had been cleaned it would have been perfect.

It’s a great location, but it’s filthy. Couch is dirty, pillows absolutely filthy. I bring my own blankets, skeptical if the sheets get changed. Same comforter every time. Yuk!!!

Calypso is great for visiting Pier Park multiple times. The condo was nice has tons of room, beautiful master bathroom, that said the hall toilet ran the whole time we were there. Tried contacting the owner and received no response. The living room furniture is in dire need of a deep cleaning.

Condo is perfect for a girls trip or for a family. Close to everything, and Kara is amazing when it comes to communication. Would HIGHLY recommend for your stay in PCB!!

Besides minor damage to bedroom furniture, which was only cosmetic, this was a nice place. Did not care for Owner not being willing to talk on phone, but we navigated our way there without that convenience.

There is nothing terrible about this property but there were little things that added up so that I would not book this condo again. Things we liked about the condo: easy beach access and prime location in regards to Pier Park. Things we didn't like: upon arrival the kitchen sink had food crusted on it, floors were dirty (stepped out of shower and feet were instantly black), there were only 10 hangers in the entire place, the blankets smelled awful so had to wash right away then it took multiple cycles to dry. On our last night, I was using the broom to sweep up sand and the broom just fell apart. You may think I am knit picking but honestly, who wants to go on vacation and immediately have to start cleaning just to make it comfortable?
