One Block to the Ocean Close to Everything
Propriété joliment décorée, idéalement située dans le centre de Dewey Beach. Nous sommes situés au deuxième étage du complexe de condominiums Rainbow Cove. Il s'agit d'un condo de 3 chambres et comprend un canapé-lit, qui offre beaucoup d'espace de couchage. Cette propriété est louée pour la première fois en 2020. Nous publierons les avis dès que possible.
La chambre principale a un lit queen, et une salle de bain complète privée, la chambre # 2 a un lit queen, la chambre # 3 a un lit superposé double / double. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain couloir. Les téléviseurs à écran plat sont situés dans le salon et la chambre principale.
Ceci est un condo qui accepte les animaux de compagnie, nos frais pour animaux de compagnie sont de 30 $ par jour.
Il y a un parking privé pour 2 voitures dans l'abri d'auto, situé sous le condo. Nous avons des laissez-passer supplémentaires pour le stationnement dans la rue moyennant des frais supplémentaires. This condo was perfect for a winter weekend getaway! The location is great - a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The reservation and check-in/out process was easy. We look forward to staying at this condo in the future.

We were told it might be noisy with some businesses near by but we were not bothered by the noise. The rental was spacious and near both the beach and the bay, walking distance. We were very happy with our time at Dewey Beach.

Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Definitely bring a set of earplugs if there's a show at the Bottle and Cork - thanks for the heads-up on the listing! We would stay here again!

We loved the easy access to the bay, and the nice balcony. Comfortable for 4 or more people with 2 full baths. I will note; however, that music from the Bottle and Cork and Jimmy's was loud from the bedrooms. We had no problem listening to our own music in the living room and balcony.

NIce stay! Owner warned us of music from local venue, so we did expect that and appreciated the prior communication. Vehicles were respectful at the pedestrian walk ways to cross over to the beach and it was a short walk. Only negative for us was noisy upstairs neighbors while we were trying to sleep. That said, Dewey is known to be a party town and we just rolled with it. We were young once, too! We would stay again!

Lovely condo. Very easy to communicate with hosts. Great access to beach and bay. Adjacent bars were very loud but hosts warned us when we booked so we were not surprised. Appreciate the advanced warning.

The location is terrific, with the ocean and the bay just a few steps in either direction. Would recommend giving the bath mats a scrub and replacing the tablecloth, which is on its last legs. Otherwise, the apartment is very clean and really spacious. Will probably stay here again.

The condo is perfectly situated along the main drag of Dewey Beach. Just across the street is beach access, a small souvenir shop, and other food establishments. A "must go", just two blocks away, is Dewey Brewing. They have great beers, food and a friendly pup environment. Just along the condo's street, is Sunset Park which provides the most beautiful sunsets! When arriving, plan ahead because traffic getting through Rohobeth Beach is atrocious which is expected with a beach town. Overall, the location is perfection and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The VRBO map indicated that this property was on the ocean side of Dewey. It isn't. Only two apts and a shop away from the main road, and the crosswalk is right there (and the drivers really do stop!) but it felt like a bait-and-switch. The place is pretty spacious, comfy and livable, good layout, and the kitchen is well designed and stocked with a nice selection of mostly upscale cookware. Dianne was pleasant and super responsive. We will stay longer next time.

We stayed for a few days to get out of town. The condo was as advertised and was n a great location for us and the doggie. Nice and quiet in March. I'm sure it's a different scene in July !

Condo was centrally located. We visited in the off season so things were quiet. I don’t know that I would stay there during peak season with the kiddos due to the proximity to the bar. Beach access on same street just across RT 1 and Sunset beach at the end of the street on the Bayside, both only a short walk.

This unit was great example of a typical Delaware shore beach apartment. The unit was clean, well stocked with games and kitchen supplies, and the rooms were amble and well furnished. The flat is pretty convenient to the beach. One thing to be aware of is that there are very limited late night delivery options (after 8pm) even on weekends, during the off season. We wanted a weekend away in March, and this was the perfect place for that, but not for getting takeout or delivery.

This property is an awesome find! Perfect location and so cozy, we were only a 2 minute walk from the beach and parking was included and we were able to bring our pets! It was exactly what we were looking for, we would absolutely stay again!

This place was perfect for me and my friends for a COVID getaway. The place was clean, a lot more spacious in person, and check-in couldnt have been easier. We will definitely be staying again.

The property managers are exceptional. Property is centrally located. We have only visited at off peak and found the location to be perfect. Although I am certain it would be a bit loud during season. Plenty of excellent restaurants in walking distance.Plenty of room for a family in the unit. Kitchen has plenty of supplies for those choosing to cook in. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer too. It is nice to throw a few loads in on the last evening so you have less to do when you get home.
