Great location, nice neighborhood, close to the beach, on the golf course. House was nice and large. Many amenities.

Also, many of the king size beds are actually two twin beds pushed together -- great for flexibility with rooming arrangements, but not great for comfort if beds are shared.*Outside needs some better maintenance -- we had a family member stung by wasps that seemed to have hives on the upper level walkway; upper deck and deck furniture was sticky with sap all over; big windows in upstairs living room and in kitchen table area near the pool were noticeably dirty with tree pollen/debris.This house has a ton of potential, but really needs interior work. We will probably look elsewhere for our visit next summer.

Two families of 6 with kids ranging from 14 years old to 23 years old stayed in this sprawling home. We usually stay in Shipyard but decided to try Palmetto Dunes. Loved it. This house is laid out so well that everyone can easily have their own space but can still be together. The house overlooks the golf course which makes it easy to ride bikes on the golf cart path after hours. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The swimming pool is huge. Loved this house and look forward to future stays.

We had three families staying in the house and we really appreciated the two kitchens with their extra space. There is room for everyone and the house doesn't feel crowded. Pool is great. While location makes a destination, and this was no exception, it was a quick hike to the private beach, but that is where it ends. This home is in desperate need of an update to start with. In addition, when we arrived at 5:00 P.M., the cleaning crew was still there and must have been rushed as it was not clean, countertops, grease on the stove. Finally, there is a rodent problem. We will not be coming back.

Good stay, provided great pool for adults and teenagers. 2 came in handy. Biking on cart path after 7 pm was safer than residential areas. Spectacular views of wildlife and golfers from large upstairs windows. Upper deck overlooking course was another quiet getaway or gathering outdoor spot. Would rent again. Celebrated 30 year anniversary in upstairs area with lots of room.

We called the first floor the senior floor and upstairs the juniors floor. Each group had their own kitchen, living space and even had our own half bath. The kitchens were very well stocked which is always a pleasant surprise. The pool and pool are was amazing. The elevated deck over looking the golf course was a big hit for the golfers in the group. The beach was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful not to over crowded beach. A fantastic beach front bar, Coco's, was just a 100 yd walk down the sand. We also really enjoyed access to the garage where we could leave all our beach gear. A lot of our stays you don't have that access. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes every time but once because the locations and golf courses are great. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Overall the home was amazing, we did have some issues with the appliances that we made known to the property management company.

We had a perfect Palmetto Dunes beach vacation and we love 176 Mooring Buoy. We would love to stay here again. All the best!

Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was an awesome way to cool off after a day at the nearby beach!! Grilling outdoors and enjoying the panoramic views of the golf course added to a great venue for a vacation.

Plenty of space and the pool was perfect for family gatherings. Beach was extremely accessible and empty. Golfers enjoy chipping in the evening and while the rest could watch from many vantage points on the property. The thing we were most impressed with was the completeness of the kitchens. There was every tool, plate, cup, appliance, including 2 full ice makers separate from the fridges. I give it a 10 out of 10.
