Very cute and clean. We primarily used for making breakfast and sleeping!! The bathroom is small but very manageable as the bedrooms have plug ins by mirrors to get ready for the day. Loved the location!!

This little house was awesome! Very acquaint. Minutes from Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse. Wind and Jewel Caves not far either. Easy drive to the Badlands (1 1/2 or so). Block away from downtown Hill City and the Mickelson trail. Sheridan Lake was very convenient. Our kids loved hearing the rooster every morning. We don’t get that in the north burbs of Chicago. LeeAnn was great! She was very informative with ALL the questions I had. She had an answer to everything asked! AND the washer and dryer was a life saver! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Centrally located to so many parks and tourist attractions--this clean, cute, well appointed little house was perfect for us. (a couple spending a week enjoying the wonderful beauty of The Black Hills) Perfect for two --more then three -- a stretch..

The bunkhouse was a perfect location to sights in the Black Hills area. Hill City is an adorable town. The bunkhouse was a nice, very clean place located 1 block off the main highway through town so it was a quiet place too. Just the right size for 2 of us with lots of space for our suitcases and traveling items. Would highly recommend if you are looking at a place in the Hill City area.

Excellent location. Has all the comforts of home, everything you need. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching all the the deer show up each night just as sunlight was fading. Did have an issue with security that was unresolved.

Very clean with all we needed to enjoy our six days exploring Hill City. We grilled out every night. The knives were even sharp - a first in all my VRBO stays! Lee Ann couldn't have been more helpful & responsive. We needed an overnight pkg & she had it delivered to her Ranch & then delivered it. Next my husband left his new computer cord & Lee Ann mailed it to us. If we came back to the Black Hills, we would stay here again. Easy walk (a short block) to town & ice cream!

If i could give this property and the owner 7 stars, it would not be enough. Lovely place, that is close to downtown shops and restaurants. We had a great weekend in this little quiet house. Early mornings, having coffee was so relaxing. Owners accommodated a parking solution for our large trailer as well.

Clean, quaint property with exactly what we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again when we are back. Room for our son’s pack ‘n play in the larger bedroom which was great.

This lovely bunkhouse is perfectly located and has everything you need during a visit to the Black Hills! Two bedrooms had hampers as well as hangers, hooks and luggage stands. Kitchen has all the basics for cooking or grilling. The Bunkhouse is compact but much thought was put into details. A quick walk to Hill City and beautiful drives to so many surrounding attractions.😊 Highly recommend!

We loved the location. House was perfect for 2 couples. We even made one bathroom work fine. The air unit worked fine with ceiling fans on at all times to move the air. We left keys behind and Leanne was kind enough to mail them back to Iowa. It was a great place to stay!!

We loved our stay in Hill City! It was close to everything. Each night we walked to Main Street for dinner and ice cream, it was so nice and convenient after our days out exploring. Lee Ann was so easy and pleasant to deal with and was so quick to answer messages. Thank you for an easy, cozy stay!

Great location - walk to downtown restaurants and so close to all the highlights in the area. It was the perfect central launching point. The house had everything we needed. We were barely there because there is so much to see and do!

The property is well maintained and clean. The street is quiet but still walking distance from downtown. The front porch is a front row seat to each sunrise. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.
