The house and neighbor are very nice and quiet. However, I wish description was correct.
Listing says Hot Tub, that is incorrect. There is no hot tub. I found this out after booking, really wasnt a problem, but it would have been nice to have.
Also, description of beds is slightly inaccurate. Says 2 queens and full/twin bunk. Actually its, 1 kind, 1 queen and full/twin bunk. That might make a difference for some folks.
Lastly, thick folder of information needs to be updated (Wi-Fi changed...maybe put contact for info), garbage pickup was not correct, did not read additional info. Restaurant menus were very helpful!
Overall, I would say this is a great little house with many amenities! Just make sure you check with them before booking, and during your stay.

The high rated reviews from previous customers are for good reason. This is an excellent property. A lovely, well maintained and appointed cottage in an "old Florida" residential neighborhood. A very quiet neighborhood.
You'll need transportation to get to things. We stayed for 17 days, having ended a cruise in Ft Lauderdale days before Christmas and remained to visit friends and relatives over the holidays. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath worked well with the few in-n-out guests we had during that period.
The kitchen was well equipped for limited cooking; however, we ate in most meals and would have liked additional kitchen items, such as more food storage containers, mixing bowls, a coffee scoop, funnel, etc. Some of these items may have been there and we did not find them. Like the potato peeler, found on the last day we were there. And we understand that prior renters put items away in places that the owners did not intend. Yet the lack of these items did not affect our stay, we improvised and made due.
The backyard is very pleasant and perfect for enjoying morning coffee and waiting for food on the grill.
Our host Deborah was very communicative, responsive and thoughtful. She decorated the house for Christmas to include a Christmas tree which we very much enjoyed.
We would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The house is clean and lovely! The washer/dryer a god send. The backyard is sweet! The kitchen is well equipped- it is not walking distance to much- but I think it works great. There was no spa- hot tub ….

Booked for baseball in West Palm. The location was an easy drive to the park, beaches, restaurants, groceries- everything. The guidebook was top notch!
The house was well equipped for our family of 4 (we didn’t actually do any true cooking but the kitchen appeared more than adequate).
We would definitely stay again.

We loved this property! It was a perfect place to stay while dropping our daughter off at PBA. The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home during our stay. The check in/check out process was a breeze. The owner was quick to respond via text. We would definitely stay again.

We LOVED staying in Deborah's house in Lake Worth, Florida. It's just the cutest little cottage style home. She had everything nice & clean for us. She even had a couple of snack bags of cheetos for us (which saved my stomach while we were waiting to get food when we first arrived...Thank you, Deborah!) The outdoor shower is so handy, when you come back from the beach all sandy. We just went in through the side gate, so we didn't travel sand throughout the house. The Lake Worth beach is a nice beach about 7 minutes away. We also went to Peanut Island (great snorkeling experience) which was about 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. The front & back yards are just full of beautiful plants...great for photo shoots! We cooked out one night & enjoyed all the landscape & nice back porch. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. We made a trip to Publix Supermarket to stock the fridge & pantry while we there. The house is a perfect location. We highly recommend staying! Deborah has a Info binder full of anything you need to know about the house or the area, and she's easy to get in contact with if you have any other questions.

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of your place. Everything we needed was on hand and close to all stores. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and closets had plenty of space... We appreciated the beach towels and outdoor shower, that was a blessing considering the heat Florida experienced this past week. We will definitely return and experience this little piece of paradise on our next visit to Lake Worth. Thank you Deborah for making our stay perfect in every way. The tropical greenery all around the property allowed us to enjoy this hidden tropical gem. Thanks again!! J&G

The neighborhood was family friendly and spacious. Everything that was needed was supplied. The house was immaculate and the backyard was a tropical oasis. I loved that the towels were thick and white (so no stains could be hidden) . I would definitely stay again and recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Overall a great stay. Description and pics of the home are accurate. The landscaping in both the back yard and front of the house is beautiful. Some trouble with the AC on two occasions was promptly taken care of by Deborah. Would have rented for a third time however it was already secured by someone else for the time we wanted.

Deborah’s Eden Place home was absolutely wonderful. It was sparking clean, well located, and well appointed. There were a couple of small kitchen items that were missing, but that had no impact on our stay. The house was well cared for - automatic sprinklers to water the vegetation and an alarm system. An exterminator came while we were there, although there was no evidence of any insects. I would highly recommend this property.

I have rented a LOT of houses, and this one hit it out of the park. The location is amazing, the layout is perfect for a family or small group, it is absolutely spotless and the kitchen is very functional and well supplied. The backyard is also adorable, and, had we not been there during an unfortunate cold snap, we would have been in it constantly. Checkin/checkout was super easy as well. We were in town to do horsey stuff, and the house was an easy drive to both Wellington and Palm Beach. I would absolutely rent this house again the next time we are in the area!

I feel like there aren't enough text characters to convey how lovely this property and our stay was. Me, my husband, and 2 children came to Lake Worth for Christmas this year. My parents have retired and Florida is where they landed!
Upon walking into the home, it was decorated like a christmas wonderland. A beautiful tree and all the little touches of home. It seriously felt like I was walking into a place I knew. Deb had asked if it was ok to set up and I'm so glad she did!!
The kitchen is great for conversation and cooking, the dining room was able to fit all of us for our Christmas meal, and everyone had a comfy bed. Not to mention I didn't have to share a bathroom with my kids which is always a treat. All the rooms were neat, clean, and tastefully decorated.
The backyard is fenced in, so it was nice for the kids to come and go as they pleased without worry. There is also a wonderful little laundry room where I was able to get some things washed before we left.
The location is amazing as well! Such a quiet little neighborhood yet Not far from the beach and all sorts of fun eateries and shopping.
All in all, this property gets ALL the stars. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a piece of home in paradise

Where do I begin? My daughter lives in nearby West Palm Beach, and so my other daughter, niece, and I booked Deborah's house for a week this past July. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but both of my girls said multiple times that this was the nicest, most perfect one ever. It was super clean, spacious, and convenient to the beach and other nearby towns. We are already looking for another date to come stay at Deborah's place. :)

Deborah has gone the extra mile to provide very pleasant accommodations for the guests. The backyard is also very peaceful. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and very easy to get to the Palm Beach Convention Center and downtown.

We rented this home for the Easter Holiday and it was perfect! Great location, nicely decorated, clean and has a well equipped kitchen which is much appreciated! We will be renting again in the future!

We are 3 mature adults who rented this home for Feb 2022. As stated in previous reviews, it was perfectly located near beaches and restaurants; house and yard were lovely and the hosts were responsive. The house looked clean on the surface but we soon found out differently. It was loaded with roaches. We are well aware that roaches are common in south Fla. Roaches coming out of the toaster, however are unacceptable. There were roaches on the counters, walls, drawers and tables from the day we arrived until the day we left one month later.
We had to clean out the cabinets and drawers and throw out lots of open food (sugar, rice, cereal, etc) left by previous
tenants. After 3 weeks of reporting the roach problem to our host, she finally had her exterminator come INSIDE to spray and set bait traps in every room. We're hoping that due to our persistence, the next renters will have a more pleasurable experience.

We loved staying at your home, it was perfect for us. My sister and I had some family business to attend to and my daughter came along for the ride to get out of the Michigan cold! She was able to do her college meetings/classes online easily with a gorgeous view of the yard :). Thank you!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for four weeks during the holidays and loved every minute of it! Deborah was a superb host and the home was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the future. Lake Worth is a great little town and the food at places like Aioli and Lilo's will be in my dreams until I return!

This was by far...the very best home my family and I had the privilege to stay in! It was beyond clean....host was fantastic. Deborah went above and Beyond to accommodate us. You really made us feel like her home was our home. You won't be disappointed when booking this home.The neighborhood is very quiet and very friendly and she's close to anything you might need. I really enjoyed my stay I can't say one negative thing about our experience there.

We loved this very attractive and comfortable home. We were two couples each with a small dog. I appreciated the dog proof flooring. And fenced yard. There is a hot shower outside which was came in handy. Great kitchen and laundry too.
My only suggestion is the addition of a back yard dinning area so one may enjoy the well done landscaping.

Half of my stay was ruined because of an incident that happened with one of the beds. She would send people to the house about it without any consideration of any plans we had so we had to cancel and rearrange all of our plans for the first half of our week stay. Also after coming to an agreement about fixing the incident things were done behind our backs and we were forced to pay for it instead of our solution that cost half the price and ACTUALLY fixed the issue for future renters and would have been done the next day not 3 days later. Also the host made some VERY insulting comments about heavy people that were both fat-phobic, unprofessional, and ignorant. My friend had to end up sleeping on a mattress in the living room for the entire week because she refused to let him sleep on the fixed bed and we got tired of hearing her say he's going to break the furniture (which he did not btw). I suggest anyone counted as "obese" be wary of the situation. Will NEVER be staying at this location again and I refuse to leave a good rating about my stay just because the house was pretty.

Deborah’s home was immaculately clean and very well appointed, as advertised. We had a wonderful time with our young family. Easy to get to the beach in Lake Worth, Publix is a couple of miles away, and West Palm Beach fun is just a short drive. We felt welcome, safe, and the home had just about everything we needed when we arrived. Deborah was a wonderful host, communicated quickly, and was very easy to work with. We have family in the area and hope to be back to rent this home again soon.

The owner was very accommodating & house was adorable. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Easy access to highway. This was a time for a long overdue family gathering & was made easier with the calmness you felt in this home. Cute little backyard to hang out!!! Definitely recommend this property..

We had a wonderful time. The house is a sweet 3 br house perfect for our needs. We visited the "old key lime house" several times during our visit and look forward to visiting again. The key lime pie was amazing!
