From the communication with the property manager to the ease of check-in it was effortless. The property was as described, beautiful and well-equipped. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. No need to look at any other properties. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Fountain Hills. The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect, and the home itself was nothing short of extraordinary. Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially by the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the décor was beautifully done. The kitchen was well stocked, making meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated all the amenities the home had to offer. We were thoroughly impressed with both the rental home and its serene surroundings. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed from amenities to necessities. Hot water in showers was great and lasted long. Plenty of towels and linens. My family also loved the pool and pool area in the back of the house and the great view. We felt at home as soon as we entered. I cannot express how helpful Arizona Vacation Home Rentals was regarding some issues we had not pertaining to the house. They were very attentive to our calls and texts and for getting back to us right away. Looking forward to staying at this property again next year! Thank you for letting us share this great home!

The layout of this property is perfect for 2-3 couples. Very spacious, very private, and in close proximity to the We-Ko-Pa casino, dining, and multiple golf courses. Would highly recommend for families/friends looking to get away or take a retreat near Phoenix Arizona.

Great property in Fountain Hills! Just minutes away from the historic Fountain that will shine every hour for about 15 min. Close to Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa and about 2 hours to Sedona. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. House is well stocked with linens, towels and spices to make your favorite dinner. We used the gas grill and it worked perfectly. The pool was very nice, private and my family and I enjoyed the waterfall feature. The lounge chairs at the pool were super comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were quiet. When all blinds were open in the house, there was a lot of light. Perfect location and would stay again!

This property has it all. Views, privacy, location. Anyone who has any doubts about staying here should not hesitate. Being a renter in Az for years I can honestly say that I was completely satisfied with this rental. It exceeded my expectations in all areas. Especially cleanliness.

This is the second time we stayed at this house and we loved it as much this time as we did the first time! The house is perfect for family fun together! The pool is amazing and the view are incredible. We absolutely love the house and all that it includes! As we think about our next trip to Arizona, we will definitely think of staying a third time! Would highly recommend it to anyone that asked!

3 couples stayed a week in this house for a golf trip. It was about 30 min from Scottsdale but the town of Fountain Hills had plenty to offer. Pool was nice - kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very nice with tons of linens and towels. The master suite is huge and the shower amazing! House was a bit dark but if you turned all the lights on everywhere it was ok. Pool equipment was a bit noisy. We went to 3 amazing dinners right in town Ember in the Casino, Sapori and Some Guys Pizza.

This was our first vacation to Arizona and we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Couldn’t have had a better home to stay in. It was perfect. Location was great. We had a great time site seeing and loved relaxing time in the home and pool! Would love to stay there again.

Rented this property for a long weekend for our family. We had 3 couples and a 2 year old. The house was amazing. Each couple had their own King room and bathroom. The kitchen was very large and was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner each night. We spent most of our time in the pool admiring the amazing views. I do recommend getting up early and taking in a sunrise one morning if you stay at this property. We would absolutely stay here again if we plan another trip to the Phoenix area!

A beautiful property! Perfect for my family getaway. House was lovely. Well stocked kitchen for nights we stayed in and cooked and plenty of local joints for dinner close by the house for when we went out. Pool was perfect! Location was excellent. Lovely views. Not a single bad thing to say about the rental process or the house. Will definitely stay again!

Our family stayed at the property in July, the hottest time of the year in Arizona. The home was clean and cool when we arrived. The pool and the view out back were amazing. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay again.

This is an amazing property...HUGE. It did feel like a mansion in the desert and the ability to park in the garage (unlike a lot of properties) was great. Pool was awesome (and quite cool) in the 110°F+ heat of June. There were quails, owls, and bats as the property faces desert open space. Location is great to get out of Phoenix, but still be in civilization, but feel like you are staying somewhere much more rural. The entire house was very well-stocked from the kitchen to the pool floaties. A 5 min. drive to Target to get food and other necessities. Honestly, the only reason we came to Phoenix was to fly JSX from our local airport, but it was a great experience at this property for a week getaway, even with the crazy heat. We would definitely return to this exact property in the future!

Very conveniently located. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We went for the Super Bowl and activities were spread out around different towns. This is a beautiful home with top appliances, large pool and beautiful views! Checking in and checking out was very smooth. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Very close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping.

Pool clean, beautiful padded lounge chairs. (I would recommend pulling the 2 basic lounge chairs and upgrading them to match the comfort of the other two). Beautiful view, Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked nicely. Location was a quick drive to Scottsdale. Grocery is a quick 5min drive.
Amenities were wonderful. Huge master suite and appliances are all top of line. Would definitely recommend!

From booking the rental until we checked out, our stay was amazing. The timely manner in which management provided information prior to the trip and during the trip was very professional. The house is so spacious and has beautiful views from every window in the house. The seclusion of the house was excellent for the husband and I. We had a total of 3 couples in the house. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook. Large fridge accommodated all the food and drink. Pool area was the best. Very clean. The view is spectacular. Nothing in the back but mountain views. We had a bee problem at the pools fountain. One phone call and next day the problem was addressed! Excellent response time. All communication was via text and very efficient. We highly recommend this property

Awesome property, beautiful home, very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, gadgets & accessories, along with new top of the line appliances. Open floor plan with comfortable furniture to watch TV or movies. Master bedroom was a mini suite with sitting area, walk in closet, double sinks, & big walk -in shower with rain shower head. Second bedroom had queen bed, private bathroom with tiled shower, third bedroom had queen bed, with door into bathroom with shower/tub combo that was shared from hallway. Laundry room was set up perfect with lots of space to fold clothes. Our favorite part was outside, beautiful pool, with water fountain, and spectacular views of the desert and hills. We paid to have the pool heated which was nice for our nightly swims. So peaceful, just the stars & lights. Location was perfect, 10 minute drive to main town of Fountain Hills where you will find great restaurants, shopping and of course the big fountain, which goes off every hour for 15 minutes, you can also see from front porch of house. We will definitely rent this house again, easy check-in, & check-out, any questions or concerns were by text or phone, which were answered right away. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, beautiful home this is the one!!

This home is incredible. ALL of your needs are met. It’s spacious, well kept and fully stocked and the views are outstanding. It’s location is super private and quiet, on a dead end street. There is a home being constructed next door but it hasn’t gotten past the foundation stage and doesn’t look like it’s been touched in quite some time. The entire home is spotless inside and out. The kitchen has every conceivable appliance, pot, pan, dish and glass you could ever need. The bed linens are all super soft down comforters and pillows. The beds are all huge and extremely comfortable. A near brand new washer and dryer are in great condition and do a great job. I love the pay-it-forward concept regarding laundry detergent, food and beverages, rather than having to throw it all away at the end of each stay. The backyard view is absolutely INCREDIBLE and the pool is amazing. The only thing I would change about the home is to add a door or at the very least, a curtain, in the master bedroom to separate the bathroom. If you do plan on sleeping 4 people in the master (2 in the bed and 2 on the sofa sleeper), please know there is zero privacy in the bathroom, particularly when using the shower. This is open concept to the extreme!!
