Avec ses nombreuses activités sur place (kayak, vélos et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances très pratique pour les familles a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Grâce à la présence d'un parking couvert sur place, vous pourrez décider d'y laisser votre voiture et de marcher les cinq minutes qui vous séparent de Plage de la baie ou reprendre votre véhicule pour le trajet de 1 minutes jusqu'à Plage de Caswell Beach.
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec une terrasse privée et une cour clôturée où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision.

Overall the house was perfect for our family of 4 plus two pups! The house was clean and nicely updated. The location can’t be beat. Tyler was easy to communicate with and ver responsive. Would definitely consider staying again on our next trip to BHI!

Al Mare was the perfect base for a week at the beach for our family of 5 and dog. The quick ocean access, private community, newly renovated home, and all the amenities combined to make it a fantastic week. The only thing the home is missing is more hooks - beach houses should have hooks everywhere. But that is easily fixable. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Al Mare for a future visit.

We really loved this house! We stayed for three weeks which was wonderful. The house is perfect for our size party with the two bedrooms. The yard enclosed yard is really nice so we didn't have to watch our dog when we went outside to grill or sit on the deck. Some things we love which contribute to our 5 star rating.Great location, can't get much closer to the beach!We love the upside down floor plan, it is well designed, has very nice decor and provides great views all around.The kitchen is really nicely laid out, well stocked and furnished. Love the water filter system to provide fresh filtered water.The downstairs is perfect with the floor plan, bathrooms and decor. We never got tired of the views and the upper deck. It was so nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails.Tyler was fantastic to work with! He was very responsive to all our needs and requests and usually responded in less than an hour even on the weekends.We will definitely be back next year.

This home was a perfect vacation rental for our family of 5 (plus dog). Well stocked kitchen and beach towels and toys made for easy packing. The location was great and provided beautiful views over the dunes on the second floor balcony.

We had a blissful sunny week in this beautiful updated beach cottage. Can sit on upper deck and see ocean & catch breezes. Moon and stars at night. Home was our favorite with lovely coastal decor shiplap and nautical light fixtures. Quiet and cozy with short ealk to beach

This little spot is just perfect for a getaway with your significant other or even a couple. My first trip was a girls trip and I couldn’t wait to come back with my husband. As expected, he loved it. The house is laid out so well with just a short walk to the beach. Truly ideal for us!

This house has been newly renovated, has new furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and is steps from the ocean on a quiet cul-de-sac. The top floor (reverse floor plan with common areas on the top floor) is lined with windows for great views of the ocean all day long.
The property manager we spoke to (they are on the island) was very responsive and even provided a (new) slow cooker for our New Year’s Day meal. Check in and check out was simple.
These property managers know what they’re doing—provided an excellent experience on Bald Head.

Great place to stay for a small family. Even though it was cold and windy, we loved the close access to the beach and would go every morning. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. Would love to come back in summer!

The property was newly remodeled, nicely furnished, and had nice finishes. Great neighborhood, close to beach. We had a small problem with our golf cart not wanting to go into reverse, and the property manager quickly assessed the issue and had it fixed promptly. The only downside is there is no 1/2 bath on the upper level (a reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining, living upstairs). But if steps are not a problem for you, then you will have no negatives.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were amazing - even brought extra flashlights, batteries, and a box of brand new board games since we were there during the Tropical Storm. The house is very clean, great location, beautiful beach. Would recommend!

This was a cute beach house, the house had a great location and our multigenerational group loved the layout. It was easy to get to the beach, hose off and enjoy the sunset. The property manager Tyler was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and a (mea culpa) issue. Cannot wait to go back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. We have been to Bald Head many times before and it never disappoints. House has been very nicely renovated on the inside and is right across from the beach. The location is truly amazing! You have ocean views from the upper deck just off of the main living area/kitchen. Unfortunately we were there during hurricane Idalia (I think that was the name) so it shut everything down on the island for about a day and a half. Property management was terrific about bringing us a couple of board games upon request, and ponchos for the rain. I would say that is one of the only negative things about the property is that the gold cart does not have rain protection flaps that you can zip down on the sides so it is almost impossible to drive anywhere when it is heavily raining. Property manager was also excellent to communicate with us and help us with tram reservations off the island at the last minute since we somehow didn’t have them! Lastly, we purchased a membership to BHI club which was fabulous. The club has had a major expansion and renovation since we last visited the island and it was well worth it!

Our 3rd year renting in Bald Head, and this is our favorite property by a long shot. Great layout, clean, all appliances/utensils/etc. in good condition, and perfect location with easy beach access. We will be rebooking for next year!

First trip to BHI in the off season. House was immaculate and well stocked with everything you would need. Property manager was super responsive to questions. The week was everything we needed - unplugged, peaceful, and serene in a great house!

My husband and I wanted a quick get away before the holidays. This house delivered on every level. Property Manager was excellent. We had a minor problem with our golf cart and she had a replacement ASAP. Great sunsets. House was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

We brought our 3 year old lab who met the ocean for the first time and loved it!! We just had a fabulous 4 day break. The location is absolutely fantastic and the beach was virtually empty. The property managers were so helpful in answering questions immediately and fully. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed very comfortable. We have rented this house before and we plan to do it again.

This was my first visit to Bald Head and it for sure won’t be my last. I loved the location of the house, the view of the sunset was spectacular and the ease of navigating the island made this spot just perfect.
We didn’t use the kitchen a whole lot for our short stay but what we did use was in great shape and everything we needed. I can’t imagine anyone would be unhappy with renting this cute little house.
The property manager checked in with us, which was nice. I look forward to hopefully being back before too long!

Very nice house and location. So nice to be close to the beach and to see the ocean from the balcony. Perfect for family of four. Golf cart is fine and there was a bike for each of us. Property management very responsive.

So glad we discovered baldhead island. It is absolutely amazing there. This house was quaint and sweet. Loved having the golf cart and bikes on hand. The property manager, Barbara, was outstanding. She tended to every need or hiccup we had. Just a few recommendations for the owner. The couch bed definitely needs updated if someone is going to use it. Not pleasurable for sleep. We would also recommend some privacy shades at the front door and in the family room doors leading to the deck. That way if someone is using the couch bed or if you are just walking around at night you are not living in a fishbowl. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. We had the most amazing weekend.

Would definitely recommend. Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes and getting around by golf cart. All worked well. Beautiful view of dunes on both sides from deck - short walk to beach just over the dunes. Hose and shower faucet on boardwalk to wash sand off. Comfy beds. I understand new owners will be remodeling bathrooms and kitchen. Current ones work fine but are dated. Hope we can come back to stay there again. Had a wonderful time.

We took our family for a long weekend and loved this gem! Floras bluff is on of my favorite places on the island and This house was perfect! The reverse floor plan made sitting out on the top deck for coffee or a glass of wine even better with views of the ocean! The house was well stocked & Barbara was very attentive and on point to our needs and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

We've been coming to BHI for 27 years and we think this was the original house that started it all! Of course it has been updated since then. This house is decorated very nice, the beds are very comfortable, and air conditioning and hot water are great. New appliances in the kitchen , along with new cookware and utensils made cooking nice. We had a couple of minor hiccups with the freezer and the TV, but the property manager was quick to respond. You can't have a bad time at BHI.

Cute house perfect for the 4 of us. Great sunset view. So close to the sand, store, club. We rented bikes, ate at new jailhouse restaurant (so close) and it was perfect location to explore the island over and over! Cute decor in living room and great views while cooking or sitting on deck. The property manager Barbara was very attentive and sweet to deal with! Thanks Barabara! All in all great pick for this bald head trip!
