Condo was clean and very nice. Check in was easy and quick. Location was great - walked across street to Baja for dinner. Enjoyed reliving my childhood bumper pool prowus. Lots of books if you are a reader. Bed was very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Had a very nice time at beach.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The set-up of a queen bed and bunks in the same room was ideal for our family. Check in and check out we’re super easy. The rental was very clean and the furnishings were just what we needed. The only issue with rentals in this facility is that the second room is on the outside wall to the main walkway so it could get loud at times when trying to sleep. This wasn’t an issue for us because it was off season, but during peak season this could be an issue. Pretty much every unit is set up like this so there is really no way to fix this, but just something to be aware of in peak season.

At the time of booking there was nothing saying the pool wasn’t open ( deal breaker) the refrigerator on the freezer side when opened looked like snow falling. I called but they did nothing. The place was no as clean as were use to renting

Property was lovely, comfortable and clean. We did have some confusion as to which building was ours. A little more direction in that area would have been helpful (i.e. Building A is first building on to the left, or something like that). Really enjoyed our stay!!

We loved the Sanbridge area. The access to the ocean. Proximity to some good restaurants. The unit itself was very outdated and and not clean. We had to do cleaning when we arrived. Just to get comfortable.

We have stayed at The Sanctuary before and the facility is wonderful, however I would not stay in this unit again. The unit was only minimally cleaned before we arrived and we needed to clean the bathrooms ourself. There was an ant problem while we stayed in our unit which we did let them know about and they offered to have someone come spray which we declined. Also the patio had an excessive amount of spiders which made it I un-enjoyable to sit out on. Vasca did however give us a one night refund for our inconvenience. It does have very easy access to the beach which was great and the facilities pools we nice to swim in.

We were in town for an intense business event. Staying on the edge of Sandbridge was a perfect quiet spot to regroup. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, the unit was ready on time as promised. A minor housekeeping suggestion would be a more thorough cleaning of the glass topped tables.

We decided our normal OBX week vacation with extended family was just too short so we took a few days on our own at this cozy little condo in Virginia Beach first. It was a great spot for two of us with enough space to have another couple join us for one night. The beach and pool were both so convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals easy. We would definitely return!

We were moved to this condo after the first one we were staying in had a water issue. We loved staying here and would definitely book it again. It was clean, had a beautiful view, & it looked just like the photos on the website. Vacasa went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and to keep us informed with next steps. They validated the frustrating situation and did everything they could to make it right. We are looking forward to booking with Vacasa again.
