Absolutely loved this house did not want to leave. I could’ve stayed all summer. It had everything that we ever could ask for for our family from cooking to relaxin to the kids being entertained. Definitely will be booking again for next year.

This house was perfect for our family of 7. The teens and young adults loved the game room which was well-equipped with board games, arcade games, pool table, darts and a large screen with projector for movies. The adults loved the front porch and screened-in back patio, both equipped with ceiling fans. The house was roomy and comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The house is just over 1 mile from the private beach and dock area for Tall Pines. The keycard originally did not work but we received a replacement the third day in. The private beach area had a nice swimming area, gazebo, volleyball net and a beautiful view of the sunsets over the lake. This is approximately 10 minutes from the closest marina access which we used for paddle boarding and striper fishing. Lake Anna State Park is about a 20 minute drive. There is a Dollar General and Food Lion within 5-10 minutes. House was clean and very well-stocked. There is also a grill and fire pit in the backyard. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for us. My 87 years young father loved the downstairs master suite, the kitchen was great for all our cooking needs, loved the screened in back porch where we spent our evenings after being on the lake. We also had fun in the game room. Really can’t say enough good things about this rental. We all hated to leave, and hope to return.

The house was great for our family and pets. Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill outside, and the game room in the garage. There was an access card that should have given us access to the HOA lake front area down the road but the card did not work and we were unable to open the gate. I contacted VACASA via text but never received a reply. We used Lake Anna state park for lake access about 13 miles away.

This was our second monthly stay. Lovely cozy house and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed over New Years week-end. Fireplace and fire pit were great. Lots of room to spread out, and the rec room was perfect for the young adults with us. Well maintained with ample and nice quality cook ware. Nice yard for the dogs. Would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect home for those wanting a staycation away from home! The playroom garage is so much fun and a great way for the young at heart to show them youngins how it’s done! Words like, “back in ‘da day”and “we use to do it like this,” will be heard over and over again by all who book this wonderful place! The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with most everything needed for a getaway with the family. If you’re wanting heart replenishing outbursts of laughter echoing from the upstairs kids’ area and bunk beds or if you’re just looking to relax and chill from the daily grid of life, this is the place to book! I will warn you though… you won’t want to leave! Side note~ it wasn’t an issue for us but there is only one grocery store and limited retailers near by with no delivery service without extra fees so pack your goodies accordingly.

The staff at Vacasa were incredible! I have traveled quite a bit and stayed at many places. That being said trust me when I say that the house "Total Escape" was stocked as well as my own home. Our ice maker wasn't working... over labor day weekend...of all times. We called Vacasa, they had a maintenance person at the house within 2 hrs... we did not have to be there. Not only was it fixed by 3pm, the maintenance man called us upon completion and left 2 big bags of ice in the freezerr!! Perfect house and truly a customer based management company that went beyond any service I've received in years. Amber was our personal assistant the entire weekend!!!! The house has a detached game room that will knock your socks off. Beautiful home.....

Total Escape was perfect and just want we needed before heading back to work. The house was immaculate, and we immediately felt at home as soon as we opened the front door. The kitchen has high end appliances AND high end cookware (no warped dollar store pots and pans). Food Lion is about 10 minutes away, and open until 11pm. The laundry room was a nice plus - It was super hot or rainy during our stay. We were able to wash and dry our sweaty clothes before packing them away. The king bed was super comfortable for us, and there were firm and soft pillows available for our preference. The home was way more accommodating than we needed for 2 adults and a dog. It was luxurious for us to stay in a home with multiple bed rooms and bathrooms as we live in an 800sqft one bed one bath condo. Each outdoor space had ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Even with the hot weather, time on the porch or screened in deck was enjoyable! The game room garage had AC units and ceiling fans as well. For those traveling with a large family, there are TVs everywhere! Each bedroom, living rooms, game room and deck. We brought our own Apple TV, PlayStation and HDMI cables, but there was Netflix, Hulu, Prime and Disney plus on all TVs. The living room, game room and deck TVs also had dish satellite available. The front yard was perfect for our dog to zoom around. She was on a 100ft lead, which barely reached the unfenced tree line from the porch. The yard was also clean, which we very much appreciated! We made sure to keep it that way - the outside trash cans made it super easy to dispose of poo bags (bring your own). Our Vacasa Rep, Breanna, reached out to us early morning of arrival to give us contact info, entry code and internet info, all before we finished packing and hit the road. It was super convenient to have everything we needed before leaving. We loved our stay, and highly recommend Total Escape!

Such a nice place!! So comfortable and clean! The house seems very new with nice furnishings and cute “lake” signs. The screened porch and game room are both great! Would definitely return! Thanks!!

Owners/Management did a great job providing everything we needed for a fun and comfortable trip. Everything was very clean and organized. Only dings would be that the upstairs queen mattress is pretty stiff (could/should be switched to a king) and the upstairs bathroom could use an upgrade. Screened in porch and large game room were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Thanks a lot!
