Brilliant location, just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go

The beds were a bit uncomfortable as I could feel the springs & need new mattresses on the single beds (children slept well on them though)

We are disgusted with the cleanliness of this caravan and we could not stay here, we had to find alternative accommodation. • Food left in the sink • Dirt stained sofa • Dirt stained sofa bed • Stained mattresses • Shower in the ensuite was scolding hot and temperature would not change and mould in the cubicle. • Mould in bedrooms • Light bulb out in the main bathroom and the hallway, half of the light bulbs out in the living room • Dirty fridge/freezer handles • Single bed in the far room on the right is broken and unusable • The pillows stained and mattress protector dirty with hairs in every room. • The twin bedroom on the left has rubbish underneath bed and wallpaper has peeled off. • Broken fan • Cobwebs/spiders in every room especially the double bedroom in the far corner • Broken blinds in most rooms

It was clean. Very good location

Caravan wasn't cleaned before we arrived hence it was disgusting, dog hairs in lounge, all bedrooms, it took us 2 1/2 hours to get it back to a habital condition, cooker was filthy, one bed protector had blood stains, to mention just a few wasn't worth the £783 charged

Caravan doors wasnt great. Hard to shut and hard to lock. Kids rooms was other end of caravan to parents room. Was OK but nothing great

Near the beach.

Caravan was clean and tidy. Easy walking distance to Mablethorpe. Quiet site.

I couldn't regulate the water temperature in either of the showers. It was very hot, and as I had kids with me, I couldn't get them showered after a day at the beach. Maybe some instruction on how to operate to cooler temperatures.
