I didn't remember that one thing in one call. For Avery small thing I have to call twice-teice even for water bottle

The hotel Staff did not provide us with a room while our booking was confirmed with booking.com They had my credit card details and did not try to call us to verify the booking. I Book regularly with booking.com never had any issues related to booking. The staff was rude, arrogant and their hospitality was very poor. We had to face alot of trouble because of them which also ruined the trip we planned.

The restaurant was too good with choice of food
No partition to bath. Water spreads across washroom. and forms a pool before drains. The kettle had a broken lid. The window was shabby. Just a make up was done to hide cracks

Except location there is nothing to like about this hotel.
Everything was disappointing here. On 14th night at 11 o clock someone from the staff open my room with his master key and seen 3 people standing in front of my room. Next morning I have complained the same at front office but no one get back to me . In the evening I again went to front desk and ask about the same but they were clue less as morning shift not even entered this complained into log book , I feel that this is very casual incident for them so that they don't feel like to record this.
On 15th or 16th night again someone called me at 1 AM at landline but did not get any revert from front office after informing them.
Next day hot water supply was not coming , hence I had taken my bath in cold water, but front office did not even feel to inform the guest about the same. I myself called the front office that why hot water is not coming then the lady replied casually sir there is problem in boiler.
At the time of checkout the gentleman asked me about my stay and I told that stay was not comfortable but surprisingly he did not reacted in either way. He just full fill the formalities nor he asked what was the problem etc. Now question is that what is the purpose of asking feedback when you are not going to do any thing.

Location is good, rooms are compact but sufficient and equipped for 2 people. Restaurant with loads of options to choose.
Almost no maintenance of rooms, i changed the room twice with no fully functional bathroom.
Staff was also clueless for a proper solution.

Decent worth for money decent behaviour of the staff members. Especially I loved the art form made by Ms Neha n team. It really given a positive energy while entering. Nice cuisines served . The main attraction was the 24 hrs services provided
