The breakfast was delicious and loads on offer. The location was brilliant and the staff were really helpful and happy to help. Would definitely come back.

The women receptionist is awful very horrible attitude if you are a person of colour do no go here. Disgusting attitude I hope they fire her because she lets the hotel down

Gentleman at breakfast was very kind and accommodating. From the second day onwards he knew exactly what my preferences were and remembered them.

Misrepresentation of descriptions provided on webpage. The reality did not live up to the photos. In particular for the sea view rooms where there actually isn’t a sea view. If you lean out from the window you see a bit of sea. It isn’t what is advertised on their photos and when discussed with reception staff they agreed this was the case. I can strongly recommend not to pay anything for your room until you actually see it and are satisfied it is ok and what you had been led to believe you were booking. I was forced into paying for the entire stay upon checking in (making the mistake of not seeing the room first) and after the first night requested a refund for the remaining nights to find another hotel, but this request was flatly denied despite the intervention of customer services at booking.com. Despite the hotel acknowledging they had made a misrepresentation, they also refused to provide any satisfactory goodwill gesture to compensate. As for the room itself, it is not friendly for disabled persons who may find it challenging to access the bathroom. Even if you’re not r you may well stub to toes against the stone slab placed in between the bathroom and room (see photo attached). The swimming pool is beyond a joke, it does look great on the photos but it is entirely unusable with a seating deck built directly above - the seating deck is accessible by “VIPs only”. See photo again. Access to the beach - there is no direct access (and no beach as such, only access to the sea set above rocks) but you need to use a public elevator some 200m away and pay for the privilege. This hotel is overall a bit of a scam in that they attract guests under false pretences. And when this is pointed out to the hotel management they refuse to do anything about it. Customer services at booking.com cannot help in these cases since apparently the contract is between you and the hotel and even if the hotel has pitched misleading photos, not much can be done about it.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, Tahir, yusuf and izabella are a credit to this hotel. We were not the best as we had are our personal issues but the hotel understood and were like family!

When I booked it on Booking.com the price was 148 pounds. They charged me 213 pounds at the end of my stay saying that they are going to charge in Lira for the same amount but charged unreasonably high amount and the hotel was not worth the money they charged. When I book online for pound or euro I have to be charged in pound or euro instead of cheating people by saying they will charge in lira for same amount and take 80 pounds more.
