Elevado precio para las instalaciones que ofrece . Desayuno poco variado , el buffet podría ser más amplio y ofrecer carnes o fiambres . Tampoco hay opciones veganas o distintos tipos de leche.

Todo, hotel moderno, habitación espaciosa, cómoda, limpio. El staff súper pero súper atentos y amables.

Beautiful hotel and somewhat unique with its indoor environment of living plants and historical artifacts on display. The room with a jacuzzi was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable, great view and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a very nice, safe neighborhood and close to many restaurants and shopping. The food in the downstairs restaurant was delicious and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff does not speak much, if any, English, but they were very patient and understanding with my poor Spanish ability so they get a big thumbs up for that!

Food is pretty good at the restaurant and the staff are great. Some advice, don't leave the car outside the parking lot during the night or you risk getting your mirrors robbed, we didn't thanks to the guy at the front desk who fortunately was paying attention and was able to shout at them,

Room was a bit noisy from the streets surounding the hotel, no proper insulation makes it too warm and therefore you always need the AC.

The restaurant was very pricy and the food did not compare to the prices. The ingredients for the included breakfast was not as good as we have had in much cheaper hotels, such as very watered down juices and the coffee & hot chocolate tasted instant.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Front text is comfortable to talk on English which helps. Rest of the staff are Spanish speaking but excellent and patient. Hotel has a comfortable vibe. Green. Bio friendly. Clean.

The property is great and well maintained. It is eco friendly which was a huge plus. The staff is great, and place is super clean!

Breakfast is blah, there is almost nothing. Also the area seems a bit boring, not much to go to but that is a general city issue outside of Poblado. The ambience is not as quiet as on higher floors the street noise is present.
