The room itself is a bit small. Also there are no windows facing the outside. The beach right outside the hotel isn't the nicest in Mancora, however it's a short walk to others.

Noise from the surroundings bars, but it's the price for such location. Plastic cover of the bed was not very pleasant, especially in these weather conditions. Breakfast was good but simple.

This place was perfect as a solo traveler to Mancora. I had a private room and the shared bathroom was very clean. The breakfast is very good and the place is just steps away from the beach!

The location is amazing, right across the street from the best part of the beach and in the center of town. There is good breakfast in the morning included with the room. I have food allergies and Robert and the kitchen staff were so accommodating and made me off menu meals every day according to my restrictions. The room was simple, but it was all I needed. The bed had a mosquito net and the shower had hot water. I stayed in two different rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. the upstairs room was quite nice, I could hear the sound of the waves.

The walls were very thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. However, I always bring earplugs so it wasn’t a huge deal for me. The downstairs room had a funky smell in the middle of the day but in the night and morning it was fine. The upstairs room had a plastic wrapped mattress and was very crunchy, I thought that was quite weird, but I still slept okay.

Being so close to the beach / smack in the middle of the town where there is a lot of life of course comes with a price to pay that music is played until diner time.

Kelly the manager was very pleasant and made my stay a positive one.

The waiter/halador guy, Davey, was really helpful and was always attentive. The 'menu' (set lunch) was also very tasty and good value for money.

There were two main issues with this place. The first is the noise. We stayed in a 4 bed family room but the family rooms lead out into the main communal area where two men listened to music and chatted from around midnight until 3am. They then took their party elsewhere and the walls are so thin that I could hear the base of their music until 5am. I could understand on a normal basis as the area is surrounded by clubs but this was during lockdown and there shouldn't have been excess noise after 9pm, that's why we booked the place. As there were families with small children in those rooms it would have been kind if a member of staff could have intervened. The other issue is the heat in the small rooms. It was summer so it was to be expected but the rooms are so tiny with very little ventilation that, inside the mosquito nets that you absolutely have to use (because the mosquitos are huge), it's stifling. There was a fan but there's only one plug which makes it impossible to locate the machine in a location which would have any useful effect. Even though this is one of the less expensive places to stay in Mancora it still isn't worth the money.

The staff was professional, helpful,friendly and kind. The location is excellent. Wifi was strong. My stay couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast was delicious and made to order.

I loved my fruit salad with fresh juice every morning for breakfast at the balcony! Everything was perfect :)
