Everything was incredible. It was a nice surprise and the appartment I stayed in came as the finding of a true little gem. The hosts are the most adorable person. Breakfast was really good and offered a large choice. The welcome was wonderful and I hope to come back soon.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Überaus freundlicher Empfang und tolle Überraschung zum Geburtstag. Zentrale, aber absolut ruhige Lage, Frühstück hervorragend mit diversen Eierspeisen auf Wunsch und großer Obstauswahl. Gerne wieder.

It was a comfortable quaint room in an old building which had been converted to a hotel. I would venture to say no rooms were alike and ours was really like staying in a part of a private house. That said the room was large and comfortable with all facilities a traveler would need. Our hosts were very helpful, arranged parking for us and advised us on local restaurants etc. They provided an excellent and extensive home cooked breakfast, The hotel was very centrally located.

de Stadboerderij is dicht bij het station in Kampen, dat is heel makkelijk te voet te bereiken, de bedden waren erg goed, ook was er thee en koffie. Er waren mooie handdoeken. En Lee en Jeroen zijn super aardig! We gaan er graag een keertje terug! lieve groetjes van ons allemaal!

First impression was kind of odd being received in the breakfast room and gives the impression one stays/sleeps with the owners. Did not really feel as an hotel. Breakfast was ok, although ample space meaning breakfast timing was strict in order to alternate with other guests. Kind of strange that in order to go to the breakfast room you have to go via the outside/street. Location was ok in the center of Kampen.

The entry and stairs to the spacious and complete room (very steep stairs), so not really accessible for all.

Breakfast was amazing! My friend said they were the best scrambled eggs she ever had. Fresh squeezed orange juice was so so good, and bread bought daily at bakery was delicious. Room was beautifully decorated. My friend wants to bring her husband back from U.S. to stay in the exact same room -- Geertruidt. Jeroane and his beautiful wife Lee are the best!

What a great little place! The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and have everything you could need. Very clean as well. The owners are very friendly and make an awesome breakfast!

Locatie en de ruimte die we hadden

Ook al wisten we het van te voren maar geen vaste parkeerplaats hebben is wel jammer. Het is afwachten of er in de buurt een plekje vrij was.

Alles aan deze B&B is fantastisch! De kamer, de locatie, het ontbijt maar bovenal de eigenaren. Heel vriendelijk, geen moeite is ze teveel.

Er is eigenlijk maar 1 klein minpuntje: je auto parkeren is een kleine ramp. Er is in de smalle straatjes van Kampen nauwelijks parkeerplek.

Quiet clean location breakfast!

Alles was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful, there was one big room with a double bed and a third bed in the living room. Everything was very clean and tidy. There was a kitchen equipped with pans, pots so that you can cook if you want. There was also the coffee machine and coffee pods were provided and there was also the kettle for the tea. The bathroom was big, with a big shower, and they also provide shower gel, shampoo and body lotions. The family running the business is very kind and sweet, they prepared us an amazing breakfast and they were very welcoming.

Breakfast was amazing and the beds were also very comfortabel! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order items as well self serve items. Spacious room. Quaint, eclectic furnishings. Pretty outdoor terrace in the apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air con works well.

In our apartment unit the steps were extremely steep. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Low feelings in places. Shower was really small. Door to get outside from unit is difficult to get out of.

Good situation, confortable room and enjoyable breakfast

The couple who runs the hotel is super kind and welcoming. We went there for a sports event and it was super convenient that they have a place to safely store our bikes. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! The apartment was super clean.

It's located in an old house, so isolation is not great, however, the street where the hotel is located is quiet so we didn't hear noise from it.

Lee is a very special lady, a wonderful host - she makes this B&B very special. Breakfast was truly amazing - thank you Lee.
