Staff are very welcoming and polite. They even helped us book the return trip from Pineto to Rome. We had use of the pool. Everything was very clean. On the beach the hotel has an area where we can book parasols, sunloungers and buy drinks and snacks. And the beach is very close to the hotel. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

Everything was great concerning this hotel, spotless clean in all areas, close to the beach, with own private pool and beach area, good restaurants around and 10 min walking to city center, where even more restaurants are available... Unfortunately, my vacation was affected by the fact that my 7 years daughter got sick in the 2nd day and I had to pay some visits to doctors and even to hospital...☹️ BUT, the staff was AMAZING in helping me out. They gave me advice where to go and Giuliano ( special thanks to him 🙏) even came with me two times to hospital, in order to translate for me and stayed for the whole hours we have spent there. Cannot thank him enough !!! The whole reception staff speaks English and would be ready to answer to any question or solve any problem. Highly recommend the hotel to everybody who wants to feel at home on holidays !!!
