Last week we stayed in this apartment for the second time and we were very satisfied. The apartment is very close to the sea and the old town. Also, the apartment was is very clean, ideal for staying with children.

The location was excellent and the apartment had everything you needed for a 5 night stay. Our host was very generous and picked us up from the airport. Cooking provision were available.

Very nice, comfortable and fully equipped apartment in very heart of Rhodes Town. Lots of restaurants and shops and supermarkets are all around. It is very close to any beach on east or west side of the town. There are many personal items of the owner and the apartmenr feels like home. The owner stocked fridge before our arrival with some food, soft drinks and water, which was a great touch and helped us with restaurants and taxi orders whenever needed.

To be honest, it is a bit loud place to stay. The location is truly in very center of New Town and restaurants are open till midnight. But the biggest problem of Rhodes is its crazy traffic. There are simply too much cars and motorbikes. Especially large motorbikes are huge source of noise. This is not something I can blame on apartment or owner, but it is fair to take it into consideration before you decide to stay in center of the Town.

Our host Fotus was probably the best one we have ever encountered in all our times away. Before Covid we had travelled to many countries, so can state that with good authority. He explained everything we needed to know about our apartment, where to go, where not to go, and left us with a very well-equipped kitchen that was also well stocked up. No complaints at all and would certainly recommend as an excellent place to stay and look forward to returning.

Nothing really, the apartment met our requirements and represented very good value for money.

Fotis is a fantastic host, he arranged our taxi to and from the airport and waited for our arrival at the apartment before explaining the area and what to see/do. The apartment was spotless and even had a few toiletries/sun cream/toothpaste on hand in case your forgot yours! Fotis also left us some milk, coffee, cereal, water etc everything you could need for your arrival The location is perfect for both old and new Rhodes town as well as our daily trips to Elli beach (~10 min walk for all of these) We had a late night flight home and Fotis kindly let us keep the apartment until our departure which was really useful to grab a shower after a day at the beach

The only thing I could possibly say here was the mattress is a little on the firm side. Nothing major, everything was fab

Apartment is very well located and clean. It is prepared for Covid situation (masks, antibacterial gel). Has many facilities such as balconey with a wonderful view, dishwasher, towels for the beach, netflix. The host is incredible man, very friendly, well-organized. You can always count on him if there is any problem. Woluld love to go back there one day. Really recommend.
