Couldn’t even get into my room and there was no help

Access was easy
Smelly room, dirty and unhygienic carpet, broken tiles in washroom, very hot during night, couldn't sleep at all. Asked for washing machine as it was mentioned in facilities but no response from host. Host mentioned that cleanliness will be looked after but no one came.

easy to find, had parking, handy kitchen area with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and basic cooking facilities, close to public transport into the city
bed was a bit small only normal double, not king size, non-slip mat needed for the shower we had to use a hand towel to stand on

No hot water in shower. No hearing. Well I didn't know how to work heating and wernt going to bother anyone about it

Cooking facilities old and frying pan so old and rusty unusable. Pillows old and lumpy so poor sleep. No kitchen towel to dry dishes . Glass shelf in bathroom missing

The price of the room was reasonable and the property was clean with a homely feel.
There was an initial issue with the door code on arrival, but the staff were incredibly helpful in resolving this immediately which, I was happy about. I would definitely recommend this studio to family and friends.
You need to remember to bring your own towels as these aren't included at the property.
