Great location, 10 mins from the historic centre. Room was spaceous and very clean. AC worked perfectly. The host was very friendly and went above and beyond.
Zero English spoken by the host, so we had to use a translator on the phone to communicate.

the room was great. everything is clean and the bed is comfortable, the surroundings are quiet, we slept well. the landlady is very very nice. everyone is very willing to help in everything and try to make you 100% satisfied.

The lady who serves breakfast and take care of the rooms was lovely, she was very attentive to our wishes for breakfast (she did not speak English though). Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of.
Location is not great, in front of a hospital and with limiting parking. the town itself is not the prettiest and not really worth a stopover unless for the nearby beach Punta Aderci. During our visit in June it was hard to find (good) open restaurants, sometimes even wrongly stated in Google that they were open when they were not - very frustrating!

The location was close to the historic centre. The woman that greeted us in the morning was very friendly and charming. The bathroom was newly and well refurbished. The bedroom room was spacious
Unfortunately our room was in the attic and we had to climb 63 steps to get to it. More than 2 flights. The rooms window was small, so not much day light. The breakfast was limited and served on dishes and in cups that were all disposable. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No lift

Very nice host. Location is good, the center is in walking distance.
"Public parking available" like advertised is a joke. There is a hospital across the street and all the visitors a fighting for a parking lot. It's very difficult to get a lot during the day. The WiFi didn't work.

The Place feels home. The rooms are clean, well sorted , bathroom spotless and better dotted than a 5 stars hotel.
The bed had been the most comfortable one we had stayed ever!!
Unfortunately the place doesn't have parking and being in front of the Hospital makes finding where to park even more difficult. However the owner allowed us to park in front of their garage. Another positive point!!!

It was easy to find and very comfortable. The lady who runs the B&B is lovely.
From the information I gleaned that parking was available at this property, it is ALL on street parking. Plus there is no mention of stairs, all rooms are on level 2 or 3 and no lift. Plus no English is spoken at all at the property, google translate helped.
