Die Lage und das Zimmer. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett. Die Bootstour war wirklich wahnsinnig toll.
Das es keinen room service gab. Somit wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt.

The bed was hard and so was the couch not much comfort and cooker not very powerful

- good breakfast, they also made my oat mixed eggs
- the room is not 4 star, these 4 stars are likely given for facilities, pool, gym etc however the room was very simple. Not even a kettle. Also difficult to walk around the bed and not hit it.
- the parking fee could also have been indicated in all confirmation mails, in these they specify the additional costs for early check in, now the parking costs came a bit by surprise

The girl at the reception is very kind and friendly.
We have been charged with park fee (5 euro/day), but it was not mentioned anywhere. I found it annoying and not fair.
A little issue with air conditioning, which was solved after a couple of requests for intervention.

Everything is absolutely perfect, it is great location, local beach is only 1minute and great beach Podvrske is about 11minute by walk, you dont need car.. Apartman is very big and clean, and you really feel like home. There ist perfect pool and small playgound for kids too. Rooftop is amazing.

Very comfortable accomodation with all needed facilities. The whole place Is very clean. Kids enjoyed the pool in the garden. Free bikes are excellent solution for going to the beaches, Gym was added value.

It was good place compare to other apartments and hotels in this town. it has own parking area, that was nice. little walk to old town and old town. some restaurants near by.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. We had an apartment with beautiful sea (port) view. So, we enjoyed chillin on the balcony every morning and every evening. We were on the vacation with 2 children who really loved the swimming pool and whirlpool on the roof of the hotel. Hotel is only 2 minutes walking to the Luka beach and maybe 10 to Slanica beach. Rooms are airconditioned and kitchen is quite good equipped, just to make small, sweet brunch for the kids.
The area offers many bars, restaurants, and markets. We had several breakfast and dinners even on our accommodation. And nothing to complain. Meal was great.
It was my second time at the hotel and definitely not last.
