Location was great, 5 min walk to beach and 2 mins to local shops. 10 min drive to Nelson Bay
Place was lovely and spacey for 5 people. Loved the Spa. Certain aspects of the property were a bit run down. There was no dryer, which I believe is a necessity.

Super comfortable and great location. Spa in winter is awesome too
There are a tonne of ways to earn yourself a fine at this property. Too many to list here but it does cause a bit of anxiety amongst guests 😂 and the fireplace not working is a fib. We didn’t use it but the vent is open where the books says it’s blocked

Pretty good location, great kitchen and kitchen facilities, spacious dining area, easy parking, responsive service (when we had issue with power going out).
Gorgeous area! Love Fingal Bay...
We saw 2-3 dead cockroaches inside. The outdoor setting was old and uninviting (noone used the outdoor area during our stay because of this) and had spiderwebs and a spider around. Time for a pest treatment?
One of the rooms and bathroom was downstairs in a separate and stuffy, slightly smelly room. Noone use this space as was univiting.

Ample space for a large family. Close walk to the beach. Linen and towels provided. Outdoor Alfresco area great for meals.
No aircon in either upstairs sleeping area or downstairs bedroom made it ridiculously hot. Not enough cups for the number of people it caters for. No Wi-fi facility.

nothing really …. maybe a bit pricey for just 4 of us, however, it can accomodate 8 to 10 comfortably

Nice clean airy feel, close proximity to parks and the beach
The “room” under the house wasn’t really usable for us in winter. It was absolutely freezing. The stair in the backyard whilst look pretty were very steep for our two toddlers to navigate.

Very beautifully furnished home and so spacious with lots of room for all the family either together or relaxing with a book on your own in a quiet spot.
The outdoor patio area was wonderful for the family to get together for a bbq with friends.
The Jacuzzi was a bonus at night to relax our tired bodies.
Could not find the remote for the aircon so it was a bit humid inside however the ceiling fans were a big help but not in the kitchen/ dining area.
