The location is good.
We were able to check in earlier than 15:00.
The staff was available by phone.
The pool was nice and water in it was clean.
The overall cleanliness was bit satisfying. In the kitchen the dishwasher was dirty and broken, the sheets and towels - with stains, there were not enough dishes for 8 people. The grill was charcoal grill and it was filthy to unreasonable level, as well was a table on the balcony. There were sockets on the wall which came out of the socket with electrical wires outside with is very dangerous to kids. The hot tub is all dirty and requires renovation - it was unpleasant even to step into it. There was no tent or sun-umbrella at the pool, which made it impossible to be there during the day. If you come to the place, do not forget to bring basic goods like salt, sugar, cleaning liquid, table cloths for cleaning etc.

it felt like a dream vacation house. we used the grill, got in the pool 100 times and everyone had a bed to sleep in. honestly a wonderful place to stay.

rooms are spacious, kitchen very well equipped, the apartment was clean overall, location is very good - 3-4 minutes by car to city center, spacious balcony/garden, host was very nice, plenty of parking.
The bathtub was very small and looked dirty.
The toilet were installed on an angle.
Some of the wood flooring around the pool was loose and could cause a fall or injury.

spacious villa with lots of outdoor space. Great location. Big kitchen, comfortable spaces in and out to eat.
Opening and closing gates for parking the car was a bit of a pain. Also the shower drain in our bathroom smelled a lot at times.
