Appartamento ristrutturato bellissimo, con tutto il necessario, cucina equipaggiata, piccolo giardinetto con tavolino, ottimo per i bimbi. Comunicazione molto fluida e gentile con i gestori.
La facciata della struttura è un po' vecchia ma in realtà dentro è stupendo.

Die große Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Ausstattungen, die Lage ist super zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Es ist eine sehr gute Wohnung und der Preis ist sehr gerecht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für alle möglichen Anliegen oder Bedarf findet er schnell eine Lösung. Ich bedanke mich herzlich für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Sicuramente la casa più grande di quanto me l’aspettassi.
Pulita alla perfezione e con più comfort di quanti ne immaginassi. Una televisione spaziale (in centro città c’è anche un cinema, ma d’inverno avendo una televisione del genere in casa ti fa subito pensare che il cinema può anche attendere perché lo hai in casa comodamente)
Stereo con musica, una macchina del caffè che fa un caffè eccezionale: era un piacere fare colazione in camera.
Casa spaziosa. Sia per qualche giorno che per una vacanza più prolungata.
Forse aggiungerei una lavastoviglie perché se si facesse qualche giorno in più sarebbe comodo averla.
È una casa che ti abitua ad ogni comfort, quindi poi la mancanza della lavastoviglie si sente!

The best accomodation we ever had! Amazing, full equipped, cosy and spacy apartment, we had really everything, what we needed! Chris is a very great host! He answered us everytime fast. Our little girl (1,5years old) enjoyed every moment there too!

The host was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was in a beautiful quiet location. The apartment is large and spacious enough, the kitchen well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It made us feel at home. We definitely recommend the place and the owner. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! We really hope to come back for a longer stay.

This is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in, you easily live here for a long time !! It’s got everything you need and the owner responds to messages really fast. CANT FAULT IT. Defo going back in better weather. John & Svitlana.
