That same day my whole family was met with a serious accident, yet... the staff pressurized us to stay and inconsiderate with me whom already harm, hurt and blind from the accident.... i have to use police car to go to their hotel with my blinded eyes from accident and shirt full of blood to check in, they warn me if i don't checkin, my paid room will be given to someone! Very bad... i have to bear my bleeding pain to go settle checkin process then go hospital, anyway, i am not staying afterall, jus put bags luggage, the next day, my family has assist me to take a loss and checkout and the staff promise me to refund 1 day to me as I was hospitalised, yet... to date, there is no refund. I was jus discharged from hospital, and with blind eyes from the accident. The two hotel staffs very inconsiderate, even seeing my eye is bleeding...

Everything is not right, when a hotel is not compassionate. My first time in my life experienced this cold hearted treatment

Bau seperti hapak..semase masuk dlm bilik..walaubagaimana pon..after the night...bau tu da kurang..maybe otak da iqnorekan bau tu..kalau bau mase masuk bilik seperti bau wangi di lobby lg bagus...wangi betol lobby..... Paip toilet pecah...harus diganti. Overall nices to stay guys

The location close to famous grocery market and many restaurant around for the choice. Quite ok to stay in terms of budgetary hotel

The water system in the property uses solar system. Somehow the water pressure are inconsistent. The AC in my room takes longer to cool.

Location - very close to Lotus Supermarket

Couldn't sleep because the air conditioner was leaking and water dripped on the floor. The hotel looks good from the outside but the room inside is not well maintained. Wall gets mouldy and shower not warm. Pictures are deceiving not recommended.

The place is literally right beside Lotus Supermarket. Easy access with parking (Parking must pay using app, RM0.60 per hour, sunday is free). Easy check in too

The water heater system at some times doesn't work very well.. Maybe the clearer instructions needed to make sure it functions well.. Just my point of view.. Tq
