Lovely , well appointed hotel a stones throw away from the beach . They have a small but comfy swimming pool (the change in depth level is a bit tricky to discern owing to the tiled bottom) Wonderful spread for breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff . Rosie and MyMy were exceptionally helppful and efficient ! Great eateries around , a beautiful ocean view , lovely beach side promenade. The Sailing Club on the beach is a surprising bonus ! The staff handled all our bookings for outings very smoothly !

The staffs in the hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is excellent too. Easy to access the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are comfortable and well equipped though a bit small. Breakfast is much better than expected. Good money value.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, they always asked us how our day or tour went or if we slept well. The beach was near and walking distance only. The staff helped with our needs and they were responsible. The staff helped us with the tour around Da Nang and we had a great tour guide. The hotel was near restaurants and shops.
When we entered the room, it had a bad smell and we reported it to one of the staff members and they fixed the problem immediately. The room looked kind of dirty, the blanket had some stains in it and mostly the smell came from the kitchen. The bathroom and facilities was fine. The breakfast had small options for food. But with the price you pay, it is expected. The rooms weren't sound proof and we had loud neighbors, crying kid and also very loud adults, we can hear people that were in the hallways.

The staff is friendly and careful. They offer delicious Vietnamese breakfast as a buffet-style meal.
You can borrow the towel for the pool/beach for free, which is highly welcomed.
The walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear other guests.
There is only one elevator for the whole hotel (12 floors) so most of the times we had to wait.
The room and the rooftop pool is smaller than it is showed in the picture.

The staff were very helpful and efficient, and they went out of their way for us, especially Rosie, Nga and Khai. The beds were very comfortable and they had a good breakfast spread. Location was just right too.

The staff was very kind and delivered an excellent service although the English skills could be improved a little here and there. The bathroom has an actual shower cabin which is a really nice thing to have in south-east asia. In generell the whole building as a high quality building style. The sea view from the rooftop is very nice. The beach is also very close and easily reachable by foot.
All in all, the price-performance ratio is gigantic.
My room did only have very small windows with bad sound isolation so you could here the traffic a little. Additionally one might complain that the rooftop area and pool is rather small. And do not expect the pool to be cold as the sun is taking care about heating it up to hot tub temperatures.
In the end these things are really not that severe and these are things which you might need to expect at this kind of price point or are just the way things are ...

We had an amazing stay with my family at the hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The value for price is very good, the hotel felt a bit like luxury. The rooms were really great, the bed super comfy, with a good view over the sea. Very close to the beach too. It was rather quiet when no one outside was doing karaoke. We were provided with beach towels when we needed and free tea when we were waiting. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the sauna too!
It would be nice to improve the breakfast quality, make the breakfast more vegetarian friendly with a few warm vegetarian dishes too, and above all, indicate everything that is in the food, because many times it was not written when there was meat/fish inside. The pool is a bit small.
