The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant as near it there are many bars and the famous Mega-Park where a lots of Germans, Dutch et other nationalities were gathering. They were very noisy, drinking alcohol, leaving debris and creating an insecure environment. Every day, we saw the police and the ambulance coming to solve conflicts or to help the drunken people. We preferred to take the bus and go to Palma for a better experience.

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast and dinner were faultless. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Although the rooftop bar was nice, it could have been better laid out and organised. The location of the hotel was handy to go in to Palma, but not very pleasant when walking just outside the hotel where lots of Germans were gathered, they were very noisy and drinking alcohol, leaving debris on the roads.

we had room 120 which was next to the gym so we was woken by people on the running machine in the mornings. arenal itself is really run down

Simply amazing breakfast and diner, cleanliness, nice modern rooms, great value off season.

We had a problem, as we weren't sure how hotel charges for 5 year old sharing a bed with parents and got our question answered only after several weeks l, we had already made a reservation without a child, thinking that it wouldnt be a problem to pay at hotel. We were shocked that we were asked to pay for a child 400 eur for five days in February, more than we paid for ourselves. We usually pay nothing for our child in European hotels, so we had an argument with the staff. Eventually, we came to agreement to pay less. So, if you book with a child, do not make a same mistake like us.

The Restaurant food was exceptional with an amazing choice. I ate far too much as the food was superbly cooked and presented. An exceptionally well run hotel with a well laid out bar and pool area. Also, most importantly, the attitude of the staff in all departments. A first class establishment. We booked this hotel following a stay in the Hipocampo Palace in Cala Millor (another exceptional hotel) a few years ago. I will be searching out other Hipotels in the future. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Probably i will also post this at booking.com other think, was ther work at the terrace the first days, thats not holiday next think is the poor acustic isolation of the main room doors, at 7h you hear everything that´s not ****

only one sunbath towel provided I was excited for the food, but disappointed. Not sure about the food rating "perfect" no drink provided in dinner (buffet) - not even water and coffee, which was shocking

Perfect hotel, we ended up extending by 2 nights. Great buffet, comfortable room, fantastic staff. It was just a little weird there was not a single other nationality than German in the entire hotel ;-). We had a great stay all in all!

Spaciousness of the hotel. There is lots of space everywhere even if the hotel is busy you should be able to find sun bed at the pool. Rooms are big and very modern. Every room has big balcony and most of them have nice pool view with sea in the background. Dinners and breakfasts were excellent; there is lots choice and most of the food is very tasty. There was live music performance every night I stayed; also to my pleasant surprise they were showing champions league football

It’s hard to find anything I did not like. I could only see where things could be easier to do for guests using modern technology and I think hotel should keep innovating. Maybe one little thing that surprised me was that I bought earrings for my daughter at the hotel but only cash was accepted and no receipt given. Location of the hotel is great if you want to be close to Palma or Airport but beach in that part of Mallorca is very busy and sea not as clean. For a beautiful cleaner and quieter beach I would choose different place in Mallorca. On other hand the hotel is so comfortable and clean you feel happy to stay by the pool or choose to do one of the hotel activities.
