The staff was very rude. Stayed there 3 days and they do not clean your room. The pool was closed the whole time we were there. Our room smelled like locked in cigarette. They stole a ring from us they don’t offer coffee or any thing. They charged us to change our towels. Horrible service

I asked the staff if they had a “blanket” available as it gets really cold somehow in Tijuana this time of the year, the staff responded with “THEY ALL WET” I replied are all the blankets “wet” like entire hotel??? Obviously they didn’t want to give me one cause they are lazy to clean it later or whatever, anyways they said they will bring it back to my room when they were “washed” obviously they never did and froze all night. Terrible staff, the apartment had dirty corners, basically from outside it looks like brand new and flashy, once you go inside it’s like a whole other building from the 70s , amazing how they managed to get you by the name and the outside looks, not falling for it again, Travelers BEWARE! Read other real customers feedback. Also it’s super far away from the border or downtown tijuana, a daily Uber ride of 10us minimum one way, consider this next time you reserve here. Not really worth it.

It is hard to say. Probably room size

Very old gray towels, the furniture is also old. There is a kitchen, but it is meaningless, as there are no utensils, not even a kettle.

The room was Dirty and so was the shower and the bed sheets and bed cover and pillow cases all had Hairs on them the fridge was also dirty the restroom had hairs all over the shower and floor it was disgusting this is the 2nd time I stay there the first time our room had Roaches we kill 2 of them as soon as we enter the room and there was hair on the bed and shower as well I think it will be our last time staying there I will never recommend this hotel to no one I give it a Big "0" being one of the worst hotels oh and if that wasn't enough the TV had NO Audio on over 1/2 of the channels 😡😡😡

The man in at the door At nite was wonderful, the other staff just said they didn't speak English.

It was a up graded motel6, I had hard time finding it. The mormon Church was Gol sent, wood never found it, with out it.
