Was very pleased with how helpful and friendly everyone was, both on the night and day shifts. The hot breakfast was wonderful and enjoyed the lady who prepared it. She didn't hide in the back room the way most hotel staff do. We would definitely stay here again.

I found the room adequate but the fridge was a bit loud so we unplugged it .. my husband wasn’t fond of bed too soft but I liked it..good shower water pressure..front desk very pleasant and helpful..we stayed in pet friendly room and it was convenient to just pull car up to the door & unload

Reserved a non-smoking room, arrived and only had smoking available. After checkin was told the water heater had just failed and woulb be a couple hours for hot water.

Disappointed. Motel type hotel, the door was worn and unable to lock from the inside. The room however was clean and fresh. The internet would not work.

Hotel is not as advertised. Rooms are small and outdated. Room we requested was not advertised as smoking and we were advised at check-in there were no non-smoking rooms in a king like we reserved. No refund or price reduction was offered just sorry we're full. Would definitely avoid this place!

My reservation was not honored. They said they had no record of it. I’ve used Expedia for over five years and have never had issues. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work because the outlet didn’t work.

Overall, great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the fact breakfast started at 6:00am. The only issues were a loose toilet seat and sink faucet dripped.

Staying at the hotel was great, didn’t much care for the lady’s attitude and to be told twice that because I have a local address still on my drivers license that you don’t rent rooms out to locals. Just needed a room for the night, next time I’ll stay somewhere else. Thanks!

Hotel/motel was actually much cleaner than i had expected. Older, yes, but not dirty. Bedding was clean, everything was in working order, no broken fixtures. The a/c unit was very loud which made it a little hard to get to sleep. Hot breakfast was meh, but there is a McDonald's across the street. Also the Chicago restaurant across the street is delicious. The hotel offered a happy hour, however i did not partake. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was i work remote and none of the rooms have a desk, which left me using the ironing board to set up my computer and monitor. Wifi worked great!

Property needs some serious repairs. Holes in all the lamp shades and the curtain. Bathroom needs new hardware as the old stuff is rusting through the paint, which also needs refreshing. Wallpaper in lobby is peeling off the wall. Clean beds and carpets

Had stayed at this property in the past, but this time was pretty awful. Room was dirty And in disrepair. Interior door lock barely worked if at all. Hot breakfast was barely pathetic at best. Also a lot of noise. If there are other options in a similar price range, don’t hesitate to avoid this property.

First thing my wife did was lift up the matresses to look for bed bugs. Didnt see any.
The curtains had big holes in them. The bathroom had chips in the tub, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ac was set at 64 but blew only coolish air and the plugs between the beds didnt work.
We woke up the next morning and while my wife was still in bed, a bed bug crawled across her arm.
I have plans to go through this town again but i WILL NOT ever stay here again.

Very nice at check in. They even had a bar for drinks from 5-7 ( limit 2 each) very helpful staff. Room was clean and enough towels without having to ask for additional.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. Her name was Cindy (or Vicky). Although she was all alone up front, she maintained her composure. She was professional, helpful and friendly.
I have just traveled from Florida to California and am headed back east, and she was by far the best front desk person I’ve interacted with.
Also, the property is beautiful, they serve breakfast, allow dogs, and have great overall service. I will be back for sure!
