Had booked a room/suite with two queens and a sofa bed. When we arrived we didn't receive that room. The code used by booking.com and the hotel for a room that accommodates someone with mobility problems do not seem to match. The hotel has been trying to get this corrected with booking.com, but so far have been unsuccessful. I was going to be charged for a full night's stay, even though I didn't stay and it wasn't the room I had booked. I ended up negotiating with the hotel to pay a cleaning fee (I had stayed in the room long enough to contact the front desk and booking.com's customer service), with the balance of the room fee being refunded. I am hopeful that booking.com will work with the various hotels to ensure they are all on the same page and using the same coding for room descriptions and types. It would have certainly saved me and my family a lot of headaches and having to travel to another location for the night.

it was second time staying here, first time for business. It was nice.

I didn't like the tv set up needing to stream for more to watch.

Breakfast looked great. We brought our own, but I saw plenty to choose from when I sent into the dining area to get some tea.

Not sure there's much you can do about it, but I'd say the general feeling we had about Rock Springs is that it's hard to have a dog there. Kind of a surprise since everyone seemed to want to pet the dog!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and I loved the high ceilings. Breakfast was better and changed daily, compared to other hotels and suites we've stayed at all over the United States. Compared to the price and comfort of other hotels in town, this place smashes the competition.

The swimming pool was kinda small, but never over crowded. Everything else was awesome.

I had an incident where I tripped over an uneven sidewalk. But when I went to the manager and showed her, she was very concerned for my well-being , and immediately went to investigate. within minutes she and her staff were addressing the issue. I regret that I didn’t get her name to include in this review.
