What absolutely impressed me most, was the front office support. They were very friendly and helpful, even when I said I didn’t need their help and they saw me struggling with my suitcase, they ran over to help.

There was no hot water, the room was cramped, the art was ripped, there was stains on the bathroom floor, the breakfast was a one star.

We’ve stayed here often when we visit our daughter and family. Folks are nice, our room is comfortable and clean, breakfast is good and it has always been easy access for me.

The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and the free breakfast is actually good. They’re a little overpriced considering the overall outdated look of the place. My room itself had virtually 0 free outlets, so if you have a lot to plug in then you may want to bring a power strip or look elsewhere.

Clean and the free breakfast is great. The rooms really need to be updated though. There were no accessible outlets in the room so if you need to plug in a bunch of electronics, you’re gonna be out of luck.

I had to stay few more days, but I couldn't stay at the previous hotel. So I found Best Western in Fairfax. It was much nicer than I thought. They renovated so the room was very clean with modern furniture.

The male front desk staff was very non-committed to the needs of patrons. I watched as a patron approached the desk to notify the desk staff that if she was told she could park in front of her room, she wouldn't have had to lug her luggage up the front steps and the interior steps to get to her room, and that she could have parked in front of her room. The staff did not seem concerned with her comments, nor did they apologize for not letting her know of this. After listening to this, I made sure that I asked where I could park and if it was near my room. I did not think that they would have told me, had I not asked.
The room itself was dusty and the fridge and microwave had not been reset after what I assume was a circuit break.
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
I would stay here again, as it was affordable and convenient to my family plans.

Upon checking-in around 3:45 p.m.with the desk clerk, she indicated my room was ready and proceeded to give me a room card/key. Well, when I got to the room, I quickly discovered the room was not ready as housekeeping was still cleaning the room. She looked as surprised to see me as I was to see her. I went back to the front desk and told her the room was not ready and she looked surprised! She quickly gave me another room.
Around midnight, a guest parked their car in front of my room window and left his car running and headlights on for about 5-10 minutes. Thicker or darker curtains would help keep the light out plus the curtains are showing their age and the sofa needs cleaning.
So, other than the mentioned items, our stay was fine!

Our room is a typical room, clean nothing fancy. Staffs were friendly and pleasant. The thing my husband loved the most was their hot buffet!

The hotel was unable to honor my reservation. They were fully booked. I had to sleep in my car because all other places in the local vicinity were booked as well. Hotels.com has yet to reply to any of my requests regarding a refund.

It would be nice if the pillows on the bed were full size instead of little square pillows. I went and bought a pillow to have a full size pillow. It is time also for mattress updates. The front desk is always staffed with welcoming, professional clerks. The breakfast is good. Sometimes I can smell weed outside and I can hear the people in the next room. The water pressure is good but the soap they offer smells odd to me. I went and bought Dove soap because another hotel offered Dove and it is a better choice.

Older hotel, but they are doing a nice job keeping it looking fresh and updated. Has an outdoor pool, but I have never used it at any of my stays. I stay about 2x per year for work. sort of has an 80s MOtel feel depending on where your room is located. Rates are reasonable for where the hotel is located in FFX county. I will go back and I would recommend to anyone traveling for business that just needs a place to sleep, a clean room , some wifi and a solid breakfast. Good coffee too

We were checked in to a room that was already occupied, then checked into a room with a king bed when I booked 2 queens. Upgraded for our “inconveniences” and the room has no heat. Maintenance didn’t speak English and could not understand that I was asking for heat. It will be 50 degrees tonight and I’m in a panoramic room with floor to ceiling windows, with 2 small children and no heat.

The room was very dark, they should change to brighter bulbs. It had an "old" odor, the carpet seemed old. The pool doesn't open until 12noon and closes at 8p which means we couldn't enjoy it. It's even locked out so we couldn't even sunbathe. You should definitely post that on your website because it's misleading. The main reason for selecting this hotel was because you had an outdoor pool. The staff was not very happy to have customers come in. She never even cracked a smile.
