It was a lot of walking to get from the check-in counter to the elevators for the rooms. If you have trouble doing all that walking, this would be a negative for you. We did not know till we were checking out that we could maybe have rented a scooter. It would have made it more enjoyable for my spouse to get around. We opted for Valet parking just to eliminate some extra walking.

At the time of check-in, the staff gave me the wrong explanation of expedia vip access. I was told that if you pay $25 you will get free drinks from all six bars. However, when I checked out the receipt later, an additional fee of about $150 came out and asked, and he said it was the price of the drink. In another explanation, it was supposed to give only a credit of $25, but I think I wasted my money because I misrepresented at the time of check-in. Anyway, the hotel itself is very satisfactory.

The level of cleanliness was certainly sub-par. After the first room being very unclean with crackers on the floor and dirty pillows, i was moved into a room in a different tower. It was supposedly an upgrade. Unfortunately, the view was worse and the room was still unclean.
The staff is kind and helpful... but with over 7k rooms, details slip through the cracks.
Overall, still one of the best hotel options.

Beautiful hotel. Room older but very nice. Staff was 50/50. Some very kind and some not so much. Had to speak with a manager after check-in and then had to call 2 different times about billing. Very convenient location. Tons of great food and things to do around & in hotel!

We were attending the Dead show and everything at the Venetian was perfect and convenient.

We were upgraded and had an amazing view of the new Sphere. We were greeted immediately while we were checking in to the Venetian. The customer service was fantastic.

My wife and I visited LV to support our adult child in the Nevada Adult Mental Health Facility. Due to restrictions on visitation (6:00 - 7:00 PM 1/2 increments with no visitation on Thursday) we decided to make it a short trip Tuesday to Thursday. It was nice and easy to get checked-in, relax a few hours before being disappointed that we missed seeing her on Tuesday because we were not given the right building. To make matters worse, Wednesday after we arrived early enough, we were told all supervisors were allowed to leave early, so no visitation. So much for supporting our daughter! However, we were given a nice relaxing time for the two nights and three days at the Venetian, that we are hopeful to return to the LV area soon, and definitely will stay at the Venetian again! Great value and great suite for the money.

Not worth the money. You have to go thru 2 elevators just to get to your room. The room was so small for the price you have to pay. Trying to get ice was a nightmare as well, have to walk over 100 yards to get to the ice machine was nuts and they only have 1 per floor which has well over 100 rooms per floor. Will never stay here again.

The only bad part of this trip was the faint smoke smell throughout the hotel, but that’s most places in Vegas.

Loud doors banging in hallway all night called to report this first time ever calling to complain. Waits at elevators 10 min up. 10 mins down. Totally unacceptable

Fantastic size room, very comfortable. Great location on the strip. Only downside is how long it takes to walk to the room the place is so big :)

We only stayed one night but the room was amazing in size and comfort. The only negative is that the rooms do not have coffee maker and then having to go to bakery and pay higher prices then normal for coffee and bakery goods. The mini fridge is locked and if you unlock and move anything you are charged and as well the snack tray so was careful not to do that.So if you charge those prices for the room which was wonderful then give some breaks on mini fridge so you can keep the drinks you bring in cold.

Even though I book thru hotels.com where I should be upgraded, they put me in a room with no view whereas my colleagues who have no privileges they put them in a room with see view. Really it was disappointing for me.

We were in LV for Adele, only 2 days. Unfortunately for us, the EDC 3 day "largest rave in the world" was the same weekend. The other guests at The Venetian were NOT like the past. Our first night, our neighbors got in from the rave at 230am. Their loud conversations, arguments and laughing woke me up. It sounded like 10 people were partying in my bathroom. I thought they would calm down. My wife doesn't hear well and she didn't wake up. I thought about calling security when they woke me again at 530 and 6 am, still partying, but I knew if I called management it would wake up my wife. So many things raced through my head: would management care because "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas," how motivated would security be to stop the noise, they might amp it up if I complained. At 830am I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. A lady answered and her response was you should have called, nothing we can do now. I walked out of my room to find the irony of a "do not disturb sign" on their door. After their partying all night, these vampires must not have their sleep disturbed. I went downstairs to find another manager. I told him the situation. I told him the first manager asked what I would like to do. I told him a note from management on their door might register with them. He acted like he would do that, but at the end of the conversation, he said he would put a note in their file. I asked "what will that do?" He said "probably nothing." Not staying there again!

Despite a very intimidating check in line, the Venetian was fabulous. Very generous room sizes with luxurious feel to them. The restaurants we went to there were outstanding. The pool scene/gardens/ and general architecture & design transport you to Italy…. and it never hurts to have a nice casino AND shopping plaza in the resort

Excellent hotel close to the spear and in the middle of the strip. Lots of things to do in the resort you really never have to leave. If you are coming to see the spear ask for a spear view room and there is a walkway. Food court was has decent selection and plenty of restaurants to choice for if you want a more formal dining experience.

Terrible check-in experience. Huge line, did the online check-in and still took too long. Faster at a Holiday Inn. Otherwise the place is nice and clean. Just be ready for hordes of people and if you're hungry there are long lines every where you go. Kinda like Disney with gambling. Then the crazy security - had dogs sniffing luggage, guards looking in the back of cars. Didn't make me feel safe, more like something was wrong.

The suites at The Venetian were a welcome sanctuary away from the craziness that is Las Vegas. The bed was so comfortable and we were mesmerised by the changing Sphere which we could view perfectly from the room

Awesome stay, beautiful hotel. Close to all most attractions, the Sphere is very close just inside walking

We loved our stay at the Venetian. Our room was sizable, clean, and the staff were friendly and kind.

We paid an extra $60 per night to get a room with a view of the sphere. The view was fabulous. The only drawback was that we had to walk such a far distance to get to the tower, which is where the room was.

Got the silver status, suppose to have free drink and since my check out was past, the bartender refuse it.
I store my luggage and when I grab it back, the luggage person wait for is gratuity as a raccoon. I had only 3 us dollars in my pocket and he made me a speach about how cheap I am. I had to tell him that i'm probably fitter then I'm and his help is bot necessary if I want to put the luggage in my car. That person deserve to lost his job probably.

Room size good. Couch worn. Bed very firm. Bathroom large. Lighting is awful for applying makeup. Far away from parking. We got free sock and water so a plus.

This is a massive casino hotel. Parking is a LONG way from registration, dragging luggage through the casino which is noisy and annoying. Checkin was a protracted 20 minute wait. Might be the same as the other huge Strip hotels - if so, they should all be avoided unless you like that sort of thing.

Nice clean hotel with a lot of great shopping and restaurants to offer. There are 4-5 different pools that super clean and nicely decorated.

Thank you Venetian.

Everything was nice and staff were friendly. We had a few little issues though:
1- beds were not as comfortable as a few cheaper hotels we tried in past (MGM, or even Rio…)
2-getting room service was a process, one day we waited till 8PM and called twice, I had to go to lobby to ask them to send the housekeepers.
3-I got charged extra at the check out had to call the hotel 2-3 times and email them. Finally got my money back but it was time consuming.
4-finally when we booked, hotels.com mentioned we will get credits for drinks and stuff but we never got any offers or credits.
In overall very very nice hotel and staff but definitely over price.
